  9. As the title says we are looking for a good home for our neutered, male, 7yr old purebred yellow lab. We are about to have our second child in 2 months, and we will not be able to give him the attention that he deserves. He is great with older kids, house trained and knows basic commands. He has lived with and been around other dogs, but has not been around cats. If your interested or know anyone, please let me know. Call or text Jeff @ 480-298-0220

  17. You may want to get the rifle looked at to make sure its still safe to shoot.

    Rifling Twist

Your barrel T is very inportant. T plays many roles. You can spin a bullet too much and they can come apart. Ive seen it in a 22-250 ackley with 40gr. What gun, and load are you looking at.
  19. It makes a huge difference. Fed isnt that bad. Fed GM is really good, but the primer pockets do get loose sooner than say Win, Lap. Also make sure all your brass is on the same reloading number. This makes a huge difference with neck tension. Stay far away from nickel brass if you want extreame spreads under 100fps. I made that mistake years ago, and all I can say is wow what a pain. If you dont believe me on the nickel brass, pull a bullet and you will see the marks the hard nickel leaves on a bullet. Win brass is good if you do all the match prep to it.

    270 WSM load

I just went and looked through some chrony data of mine. This is not a set in stone number by no means, but it may help you. On a cartridge that holds around 60gr, each .5gr was getting me around 12fps more fps. When on a 90+gr cartridge each .5gr was getting me around 10fps more each step. Now when you get up close to max your pressures will start to spike. This is where you need to be carefull. When you get into this area I have seen 30-40fps increase with each .5gr, and you can end up over pressure real quick. When I get up at the high end I usually drop down to .2-.3gr steps in the end. If your shooting a very small cartridge you can see much bigger fps changes with even a .5gr step. Another thing is that different powders will spike at different rates from what I have seen. Hope this helps a bit.

    New horse in the stable

Both are great. I drill little holes in different direction that act like little locks. This helps the compound hold. You should be just fine.
