    11M

If you are hunting by walnut canyon you can camp down in 5bn off the winona exit off the 40. From there it's just 5 or 10 min back into 11m and you don't have to deal with the bums.

    Dear Arizona Game & Fish,

I get it and when it's my turn up that will be a tough choice. I do wish the buffalo were managed to allow more than one per lifetime.

    Dear Arizona Game & Fish,

I think a good analogy is picking up a hot girl's fat friend at a bar. Easier to get but a lot of regret afterwards. If you wanted the hot chick you should have held out.

    Dear Arizona Game & Fish,

But that wouldn't put him in the max pool. The guy who sacrifices 15 antelope points 20 sheep points and 20 buffalo points might be max and all of a sudden you have 55 points along with his elk points out of the system.

    Dear Arizona Game & Fish,

Care to expound a little. I believe this is the only solution possible to combat point creep

    Dear Arizona Game & Fish,

How about combining species points and letting you use as many or as few per species as you want? If you wanted to hunt early rifle elk this year you could combine your elk points with your 15 goat points, 20 sheep points 9 deer points 5 javi points and 5 turkey points. It would generate more g and f revenue because people would buy points for every species and would also knock loose a bunch of points across all species.

    My Lion mount

Nice! Brian Fisher is my wife's cousin and a great friend and hunting buddy. He is a top notch taxidermist and a great hunting guide. His passion is lions and if anyone is looking for a guided hunt, he is the man to talk to.

Don't let the nay sayers get you down. 7, or I should say 7 east, because I have no experience in 7w, is a great unit for both deer and elk. 1000 tags, yes, but split between 2 huge units. A majority of hunters will hunt within less than a mile of a road and most of them will be in higher deer density areas. There are a lot of places you can go and probably see only 1 or 2 other hunter your whole hunt. 7e is a great glassing unit so use that to your benefit. Tons of knobs, hills and vantage points to get up on and cover a lot of ground. Whatever binos you have, put them on a tripod and spend a lot of time behind them. I find it funny how 7e gets such a bad wrap, even amongst the primo guides. It's not that big bulls and bucks arnt there, it's just a tougher unit to hunt. These sheds on a fake skull are from 2 years ago. This buck is still alive and should be an absolute giant this year. The trail cam pic is from Dec. So another buck walking around right now in 7.

    Results up on AZGF Portal.

Drew 12a east early. Going to do it with a handgun. Can't wait!
  10. I am looking to buy elk antlers, mainly chalk or hard white in the flagstaff area. One or a pickup bed full. Will pay more than the going rate.

    Effects of the virus scare?

My brother in law. Works at one of the Banner hospitals down in the valley. Tested positive in March. Fit guy in his late 20s. Didnt have to be hospitalized but i guess it was pretty rough.

Guess what it is, how it's used and why .......

Here is no. 5 that I have found this year. Pick them up every year east of flagstaff while shed hunting.

    Borrow:buy a Draw Knife

Very cool. You should post about your build as it goes. I am also about to try my hand at building my first bow. Just picked out a nice peice of seasoned rocky mountain juniper that I plan on backing with rawhide.

    Effects of the virus scare?

You want a real handful get a 500 nitro contender barrel. It will make a 45 70 feel tame. We made a limited run of them and one actually was bought by one of the head men of t/c.

    Calling in lions.

Spot on advice! Almost my exact experiences with a lot of bobcats and 2 lions. I typically run my stands 2 hours for cats though. Have had a number of bobcats not appear till almost the 2 hour mark. A couple of times I was trying for bear with non stop sound at the top of my lungs. Just loud as possible, continuous, and all of a sudden there was a cat 20 feet away.

    Costco is getting emptied

So I really try and be a level headed kind of guy and I do see some unneeded hysteria, but does this not concern some of you even a small amount? When I look at it by the numbers the 1918 flu had like a 2-3% mortality rate and infected about 1/3 of the world's population. The latest I heard the corona virus is 3.4%. I do understand that China's data skews this up because of the lack of health care but if health care systems get strained that could easily be the global mortality rate. Also the world population is almost 4x as much as it was in 1918. The virus went from China to 70 other countries in 4 months and if as some project that at this point 40-70% of the world will contract it over the next year you are talking about 100s of millions of deaths. And what if this becomes endemic? What if the seasonal flu just became exponentially more deadly? Again I don't consider myself some conspericy nut and I'm not one of the loons buying a decades worth of sh×t tickets at Costco but I do feel that this could get a lot worse.

    Couple o' pigs

My friend and I were able to fill out 19b HAM tags on the last day. I used a custom 7mm t/c on a sow at 75 yards and my friend used a long slide 1911 on his boar at 35 yards. The sow weighed in at 54 lbs and the boar at 42 lbs. Big pigs!
