I don't see a big difference from the top of a jeep to the back of a truck. The hood of the jeep is a different story an is stupid if thats the case. Its hot gotta get it on ice asap. Trust me I know plenty on hunter education thanks tho

15s on tripod 10s on my chest. Spotter in my pack but can only look thru the spotter to size something up then its back to the 15s. Can't have to many optics. But yes the 15s make a big difference but don't stress it. Put your 10s on a tripod you'll find a lot of deer

I've noticed in the past yr I haven't packed as much salt an set as many trail cams. Scouted near as much as I typically do. My son is 4 turning 5 sept 5th. I have 2 girls 3 yrs and 4 months. I got to coach my sons tee ball team which was awesome I love baseball an am now coaching his soccer team. Not as fun I know nothing about soccer. But its fun watch them grow. I love that they're all taking to the outdoors the way I did when I was growing up. Its a weekly thing my son asks "dad can we go glassin?" Or him an my daughter come thru the house dragging stuffed animals yelling "dad check out the bucks we smoked!!! There is blood everywhere!!" Sometimes I miss what I used to be able to do but my time now is being well spent. I wouldn't trade my time with my family for anything an time in the outdoors with my family is even better. I have a NM deer tag that starts in a week which will also be my sons 5th bday. We're going camping for a week together an he's getting his first bow. It'll be a bonus if we kill a deer.

My buddy just got the same pack an got to try it against my mystery ranch crew cab. I think I'll make the switch which is saying a lot because I love my pack. But for how well the kuiu pack carried a pair of kowas swaro 15s and 10s on top of the everyday gear we stuff in our packs its a no brainer.

If you are willing to carry both, I think that 10s around your neck with 15s in the pack for the tripod is an unbeatable combination. +1 I've got SLC HD 10s on my chest an SLC 15s in my pack. I cant imagine selling them for the 12s.
