That Adam...definitely one of those rich buggers

I think the system we have is reasonably fair with such a finite resource. As someone with 26 sheep points I wish it was weighted heavier towards the people with the most points, with something like 60 or 80 percent going to the highest point holders, a better balance between a true preference point and worthless bonus points. Just my 2 cents worth.

Amazing

There is so much emotion attached to wild horses, this scenario is played out over and over in hundreds of places not just in this country. Good luck finding a solution, if some fool wants to haul water I say let em.

Definitely a sellers market up here right now. Tough to find any kind of deal on bare land or houses. I have a couple of realtors I can recommend but like bojangles I know a bunch of them so I am not going to post names. Call or text if you want more info. 9284748235. I have a rental that just came open as well if you are looking at that option.

High quality balance beam far better. Drift sucks. My favorite is a RCBS 1010 but I don't think they make it anymore

I found a good one on the road in 6a years ago. I went back a week later and found the other side about 300 yards away.

This solved it for me as well. Before the custom orthotic stretching helped a lot but never seemed to fully solve the issue. The orthotic also had the added benefit of helping with lower back problems as well.

Too funny Old Buck. That sounds like a description of many of us now I didn't even start chasing WT until the mid 80s

Gila county pushing forest service to close forest
pwrguy replied to wildwoody's topic in The Campfire
They should have banned campfires already. As for completely closing...that would be a bummer since I have a turkey tag They just need more teeth to the no campfires rules. -
I really should buy this, then I would have one that looks like all my other scopes. Good luck with your sale.

Just trying give a hand to the helpless wildlife...

awful website...couldn't read the article for the popups. -
What he said. yes you do have to have a trailer but not that big of a deal.

I have always had great luck with those guy's. Someone probably dropped the ball on your order, to be expected even with good companies.

I think you have a valid point. I quit archery for that reason. I don't think you be very successful with archery when you just dabble once in a while. These day's work and personal commitments keep me from being as proficient as I would like with a rifle so definitely can't see me with a bow again unless I hit the lotto and don't have to work any more. Good luck on your hunts.

I have never built a custom with that small of a contour so this is just my 2 cents worth. Many factory rifles shoot great with thinner contours so I can't see why you would have a problem. It kind of depends on your intentions for the rifle. If you are going to take the rifle to range and put 20 rounds plus on a regular basis you will have a lot more luck with the #5 and larger. if you want to build one that you are going to pack up a mountain, shoot one time and then pack it back down why not lighten it up a little? If you are going with a #4 probably not worth the trip for flutes. Go ahead and have another beer and then build the rifle you think you want. If it doesn't work out re-barrel it later. Let us know how it turns out.

I am sure this is true. My left handed rifles have had more things dropped by my right handed friends than by me
-
Very nice, if it was lefty I would be tempted. Good luck on the sale.

I second wildwoody, lots of rodent damage. You might try hitting all of the real estate offices up here and dropping off your cards. Nothing beats face to face contact in marketing as far as I'm concerned and it doesn't cost anything but your time. Good luck with your new business.

I have an AR-10 that has a short barrel with a pinned muzzle break. I would like to shoot it suppressed any suggestions on the cheapest way to go about that? Should I purchase another barrel that is already threaded? Any ideas that would allow me to do this without spending a fortune? Anybody have one laying around that they don't need?
-
I'm guessing yes, and suspect that it is already threaded at the correct size because of the brake but my understanding is you cant legally do it because it would drop below the 16 inch length. Is this correct. I was hoping for a solution like another barrel that was long enough to be legal.

I am left eye dominant, I shot a lot of right handed rifles growing up and had zero problems doing so but when it came time for buying my own, they have all been lefty's. Lots of choices out there these days for Lefty's but not too much in the used "affordable" market. Let her use her dominant eye and don't worry too much about what side the bolt is on.
