    Dude just grill it however you do any steak to a nice medium rare!!!!!!! No need to dress it up and take away from the meat it is awesome!!!!!!!

    IT IS THE BEST MEAT YOU WILL HAVE IN YOUR LIFE!!!!!!! Last time I was lucky enough to get my hands on about 10#s of steaks and burger we had it gone in 3 days!!!!!! IT IS AWESOME LEAN SUPER TENDER AND A SWEET HINT TO IT!!!!!!

    Who has the best steak in town?

    My fav if I'm not eating lion, elk, or pronghorn is Jonathan's Cork Here in tucson I've never had a bad meal there in 15+ years. Plus all they use is CAB meat and have a dang good bison filet!!!!!!

I always strip the ribs clean and the meat flaps on the inside that most people cut out when they cut the diaphragm out that's all good hamburger also..... on a bull elk that's another 3 to 4# just with those flaps. Also all the meat on the outside of the ribs and in between the ribs will get you quite a bit more. Just me though those elk tags are hard to come by so I like to get every little bit of meat I can outta them.

  12. Lol I'm just always soooooo pumped up after I kill one the adrenaline rush just takes over..... oh and a month or two before the season a put 70 to 80#s of weights in my pack frame and hike around....

  16. I just gut my whitetail and pack em out whole. When I get home or to camp I skin em and hang them in the fridge for at least a week usually more.....
