I didnt weigh in this morning but last week I changed up from jogging 3 times a week to running 40 yd sprints. Whoo was I sore for a few days, what a difference from jogging to sprinting is. Every Sunday I cook a package of chicken breasts for lunch for the week with avocado and a tortilla. If I could cut out my carbs I think I would be good to go but its too hard to.

I have a gently used tikka 30-06 with 4.5-14x40 nikon buckmasters scope. If I had to guess it has about 100 rds down the tube. It has sat in safe for the last couple yrs so I am going to sell it. The stock has a few light scratches nothing major. $775 for package.
