They draw the raffle winners at the OE4A banquet and last year the results were out a couple days before the banquet. I would say Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.

Saw you at BPS tonight, who was it?

Ya, I took a pic too but somehow I deleted it. I thought I recognized you in the gun room where they were holding the event, were you wearing a light blue shirt? We walked in and it was packed and hot so I just dropped off my card for the raffle and went looking around. I ended up winning the first raffle $50 gift card.

Who would put premium hunts down for 5th choice? I dont even put a 4th or 5th choice down for elk.
