does the Nightforce have the Zerostop and what reticle?

I use an Avery Outdoors Hunting Power Seat. My lower back suffers much less because of the back support. I carry it attached to my pack. For me its worth the 2.5lbs it adds.
-
What does it weigh? And are the scope and bipod included at the listed price
-
What are you thinking it's worth?
-
Long or short action? I assume short, but want to be sure.

6 or 6s?

Good advice. I have the vortex hd 1-6 and it is nice. I also have a couple of the strike eagle 1-6s. They are decent. I'm looking at the Zeiss V8 1-8 and the Swarovski Z8. -
Sleep in hunting clothes when backpack hunting?
cactusjack replied to jp0212's topic in The Campfire
A sleeping bag liner is the trick. It adds very little weight with a 10deg gain in warmth. All the sweat and oil gets on it and not my expensive bag. -

But with the huge surge to beat the July 13 cutoff I bet the ones I'm still waiting for will take 7 to 9 months. -

Smith & Wesson model 29-8 44 magnum mountain gun, special run for Cabela's, 4-inch barrel, excellent condition. I bought another 44mag the other day and decided 1 of the 3 must go. I bought this one about 2 years ago and shot it once. It shoots really nice. It does not have a box with it. It will make someone a good "getting dragged out of bed by a bear" camp gun. 700.00 obo I live in Chandler but work in Downtown Phoenix.

if it is still open, my 8yo daughter would love it. Lets make it happen.

I'm surprised everyone attacked hoghntr for bringing to our attention a deceptive user of this site. A "good deal" isn't a good deal if someone else is losing out. The sponsors of CWT, members who buy from reputable vendors and try to sell their old gear, and the manufacturers are all losing money due to this "good guy". So lash out at the messenger. Hoghntr if I remember correctly spearheaded several fund raisers for members of our group that had medical situations. Who is a better member of the group?

+1 for Michael Dersam. A prior Dr told me " your shoulder is inoperable, quit using your arm." I got a second opinion from Michael Dersam, and boom, he fixed my arm. I know another guy on here that will say the same.

Not condoning it but I bet the camera thieves in that area are taking break

Another plug for Barry Dawson's knives. I have a bunch of his knives and will probably buy more. I carry a havalon in my kit but I always carry a fixed blade sheath knife too. Great knives, great service and great people.

Im pretty sure you can charge whatever you want as long as its posted or told before the sale.

as someone who has hiked and hunted with backpacks that didn't fit for years, I can tell you that getting a backpack that fits is important. That is if you are hoping to carry any sort of heavy load, over a distance. I was shocked on how much of a difference it made. Bigger people have fewer options on what fits and it usually costs more. Getting a pack that fits, is comfortable, durable and functional is the trick. Affordable would be nice, but so would magic shoes that magically transport us to our hunting spot and back to our truck.

Im 6'5" but only 220. Finding packs that fit correctly has been a problem. Needing a frame built for long torsos limits the choices big time. The $200.00 budget also presents a problem. I would suggest looking for a used Outdoorsmans pack. here is a link on fitting a pack. https://www.rei.com/learn/expert-advice/backpacks-torso-hip-size.html
