From what I understand, the other ram was to far gone to determine cause of death. I suspect it died and just happened to be 100 yards from the one that was poached. It was dead a lot longer than the one he shot. Please do not think I am defending the guy... I just feel bad for the guy's family. and the sheep and hunters who will miss out...

Yeah thats him. I was not going to release his name due to all of the death threats he and his family have gotten already. Granted he is a dip sh%*, his family should not have to go through it...

I'm going to try some liquid Deer Cane some other stuff (dont remember the name right now) and salt next to water. all if front of the camera. Hope to see which one works best. I will be seting it out Tuesday and will check the camera 2 weeks from that... Look for my next trail camera posting

I ALWAYS have a mono pod with the rubber V on the top when scoutting. I also find I have more energy when the day is done. I alos use it for the peskey snakes to move them off the trail. Mine is adjustable from bout 3 1/2 feet to 5 1/2 feet. I love it..

I find ( through the use of trail cameras, which you need to go pick up from Tucson J) that the deer come to the water when I'm not around. I have to agree with everyone else, WATER....Good luck to you young man. Sont for get to post the pictures...

I took a day trip to set out one of my cameras. I was on a mountain and spotted a couple does about 300 yards out. I only got to about 250 yards when te 15 other deer spotted my. I was able to get a few pics of the biggest buck I have ever laid eyes on. As I stated the pics are from about 250 yards out and do him no justice at all. I dont know what happened to the order I put the pics in, but oh well enjoy.

Well, if its like bears and the sow harvest they will close the unit down till next year

Yes its a coues. There were 3 other bucks with him that still had head gear... There wer about 20 with in 60 yards of eachother. I will set one of m cams up there in a few weeks. About 20 miles north of the coues I saw about 15 muliey (group of 3, 5, and 7) all the bucks had little nubs, but one. He had about 7-10 inches of velvet to go along with his big body... He was to fast and was gone by the time I got my camera out... I will be looking for some coues sheds in a few weeks when I set out my camers...

Radial head fracture and I also fractured the other bone in the elbow

Well, they knocked me out and filled my elbow up with cortozone and ripped it free....No really... One guy holding my upper arm and the other guy pulling on the fore arm... They did not cut me. He said only about 5% they can free by hand and not cut...Its the first time I have touched my thigh without pain in 3 months. Would have posted sooner, but we have had computer issues...

So I went to the mountains today . I saw some elk and one little bull still had his head gear on. One of the cows was sporting a green earing. I ended up somewhere and was watching about 30 elk crossing the road in my rearview about 40 yards behind me, when 2 young ones ran out about 20 yards infront of me. Well I ended up getting stuck in some snow which was my own stupid fault. After 3 hours of digging snow with my hand and a stick(some a$$muncher took my shovel while I was in McDonalds), I was able to find cell service and sent out an S.O.S. which was answered.The nice young man was sporting a cwt.com sticker. and he also had some fresh sheds.
