No it is not. Would open a huge can of worms. Would be too easy to shoot with firearm first then put an arrow through it. You cannot use the firearm to take the wildlife.

Thats what we ran into on the nov hunt. I grew up hunting in an area in there and rarely seen WT. just started hunting in there again last coupla yrs since the fire and the old honey holes we used to have were full of WT. Crazy.

You can do it either way. Once purchased all you have to do is find the FFL you're goin to use and they can email a copy to the seller. Literally takes 2 seconds. Most gun shops will do it for you. Most of the good sellers on there pretty much lay it out for you. Make sure if you're paying with credit or debit that they seller accepts it. Most charge 3% but worth to not have to wait and mailing a money order.

Bought several guns and ammo from there. Just like wrk2hnt said you can use just about any gun shop. Its very easy. Just make sure you buy from sellers with several good reviews like said above. Also make sure you check all the fees which should all be right there on the post (shipping, CC fee and such).

The guy at the dealership told me u can supposedly use 3/8 lugs that are tapered but I would not trust it. Seems like there would be too much play over time
