Is the 44 a high or low pinion? Is the bolt pattern 6 on 5 1/2? Any over heat issues? Nice rig. Gonna show it to the wifey when she gets home. We've both had the itch lately to get another Jeep!

I have a well taken care of Bogen 3221GN3 tripod with the 3130G head for sale. Its in excellent shape. Has some wear on the label. Very sturdy but just a bit heavy for me to pack around so I just dont use it much. I have 1 QR plate that will come with it. SOLD

If those are the 2 that you have settled on, why not buy the best of the 2? The HD is definetely great glass, but the regular version isnt too far behind, IMO. The HD is definetely more $$ but I thought you said in your Kowa-vs-Swaro post that $$ wasnt an issue....

Thats the way that it was explained to me also about the STS/STM. Just a little bit of weight. I spoke with the Outdoorsmans yesterday about the Kowa/Swaro difference. I'll be ordering the Kowa TSN 664 ED Straight 66mm. Just what I'm wanting. The guy I spoke with yesterday told me that the quality of the Kowa Prominar lens is equivelent to the Swaro HD glass. I know that all of this can be argued as everyones eye and perception may differ. The good part is that the Kowa TSN 664 (Prominar glass) can be had with the eyepeice for about $1300. Thats friggin awesome right there! I have a buddy that has had all of the best glass over the years and he only uses his Kowa Prominar 88. It's pretty good stuff!

I'm one of THOSE guys . I usually buy at least one, maybe two of the newest trick bows a year. I dont have many other vices, so I can get away with it. I just love playing with new gear!

I should have a new set in my hands in a week or so. I will be selling them for $2000 firm shipped TYD insured via Fed Ex. I have the south cabin at the Tejon Ranch here in Ca booked for the first weekend in June for wild hogs. I'd give them a try on a big old nasty boar if you'd like. Here's a pic of last years boar. Bout a 240 lb'er.

Looks like those cutouts might be a "grabber" to deploy the blades as they are on the back side when the blades are open, if I'm seeing them right.
