Awesome photos... It's known that the more mature (first hatchling) will actually kill its nest mate and push it out of its nest. It's natures way of saying only the strong survive!!!!

Brother shoots sibling in Arizona hunting accident FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (AP) -- Authorities are investigating a shooting involving two brothers who were turkey hunting southeast of Flagstaff. Arizona Game and Fish Department officials say the men from Surprise were pursuing and calling turkeys late Saturday when one of the men fired his 12-gauge shotgun about 25 yards away from his sibling. Authorities say the victim was sitting against a tree and wearing camouflage clothes at the time. He was shot in the shoulder, but the wounds weren't life threatening. He was taken to Flagstaff Medical Center for treatment. The brothers' names haven't been released. Officials say the Coconino County Attorney's Office will review the case to determine if charges will be filed. Game and Fish spokeswoman Shelly Shepherd says Arizona has had 26 hunting accidents since 2007, including three fatalities.

Hey guys, I need some feed back on this model? My buddy is giving me a smoking deal but want to make sure it will fit my needs. Mainly I'll be using it for traveling from camp to hunting locations and a little trail riding. I won't doing the dunes or any speed riding. I just want a good reliable trail bike for the woods and maybe some desert riding. Thanks, any info would be great... JD

Hunted unit 23 this weekend for the youth hunt and we put in lots of work but never seen any turkey. Heard a few gobbles very early in the morning but that was pretty much it. Rich Williams did an excellent job putting on the Marvin Robbins Memorial Youth Camp. We'll be trying it again in a few weeks when it opens back up. P.S. anyone willing to help us rookies out. Any and all suggestion would be greatly appreciated. JD

What about the unit 18B youth deer hunt? It starts in the middle of Nov, after the early and late general deers hunts! I always thought that the youth hunts started before all the general deer hunts so that youth would have a better chance of harvesting a deer before their all either shot or spooked alway into no mans land.... "Go figure" JD -
Hey Crew, on any of your recent elk hunts have you been seeing any squirels running around? I usually hunt the Blue Ridge area with my son but this year I want to plan something different. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks JD

Hunted really hard around 17A & 18B and it was really quite. To be honest I'm not sure if the rut has kick in this these lower units. But the again the herd population isn't like up north. JD
