You always put in a lot of work. Extremely well done!

Thank you all for the input. I'll have more to report back after the weekend but it doesn't seem like the easy fixes of liner socks or lacing techniques may not do it alone but they do help. Probably going to try insoles next.

Of course they are highest price among the competition as well. That hurt a bit, although it is 4,480 loaded rounds of .410 at 12.5 gr per, equating to about 6 cents a load. Luckily, we have lots of kids coming up in the family. Thank you very much, Kent. Cheddite Primed Hull = $0.17 / Primer = $0.04 12.5 gr Powder = $0.06 .5 oz Shot = $0.05 $0.28 for the first loading and $0.15 until the hulls deteriorate. It sure beats the price and availability issues of current factory ammunition if that helps anyone.

Bump for powder with a MEC bar for trade.

how do these otc archery outfitters do it?
CouesPursuit replied to MrBojangles's topic in The Campfire
I've also seen red hot spots exist only in cycles. Every 3-5 years a burnt out spot comes back to life and vice versa.. Outfitters spend or pay for enough time in the field to keep track of productive areas each year. -
I've got a full pound of RL26 for a brick of primers.

Dang I missed this while working, thanks for the post!

Big game hunting rifle info
CouesPursuit replied to Jfos's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
What big game? The 270 Win will be more than sufficient in 95% of North American hunting scenarios and is a lot cheaper and more enjoyable to shoot. The 300WM is a great hammer seldom "needed." -

CouesPursuit replied to BeardWonder62's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
You can be alone in just about any hunt/unit in the state if you put in the work. -
Thank you very much!

Found 209A primers and edited OP.

You're killing it lately Shooter!

I run my 2000 hard. Probably no need to tell CWT how great these machines are, but they are amazingly reliable and capable. GLWS.

CouesPursuit replied to Rob Stephan's topic in Classified Ads
How many ELDx are you looking for and where you located? If you don't find a full box I've got a open box of 80 I would trade in the east valley. -

12 gauge and .410, single stage 600 JR or similar, anyone got one or the other laying around collecting dust they would like to sell? Any other shot loading components to save a new loader some of the initial investment? Thanks

Great, whatever works for you is all that matters! I have enjoyed 200 yard zeros on my hunting rifles knowing that there is no more than 2.4" of variance out to 250. For hunting purposes, I've avoided dialing unless I have to, but that is definitely just a personal preference. Good luck on your hunts!
-
I lowered my 7mm 160 Accubond velocity by 25 FPS and it is < .1MOA difference at 500 yards. Any particular reason you are using a 100 yard zero for a hunting rifle instead of 200?
-
PMs sent, thx. Really interested in a .410 setup also if there is one out there.
-
Have you put those velocities in with your BC to get a drop chart yet? I bet you aren't more than a few clicks off at 500 yards among them.
