I noticed a banner behind my profile picture and found there was a limit of 1.93MB on the photo I tried to upload. One of my favorite things about CWT and something that made me share my content here was no file size limit. Amanda, Thanks for the site as always! I am wondering if this is hopefully a setting you might consider changing? Or perhaps when I attach the file to this post it works and the limitation is only in the profile section? Here is to a test.

Ok, 10Mb+ loaded. Anyone run into the limitation on the banner photo?

Not sure how I didn't see this but what a well-written story. Congratulations on your bear. -
I make maps for a living but more from an analysis perspective, i.e. water sources x distance from a road surrounded by y topography with z you name it. 13B is a special tag, send me a note and I'll get something started for you tomorrow.

Awesome!! I sure hope my teenager sends me dead coyote selfies one day. Good job dad and son. -
I'm relatively young and admittedly my response reflects that. I don't have much desire to alter my lifestyle for a one time species/hunt. Just to hunt hard and make memories for now. Whether it includes my future kids, wife, or other family and closest friends, my dream hunt will be the one that offers the most fascinating wildlife experience with the most of us involved.

Savage 24D series p over under .22/20 gauge
CouesPursuit replied to ocotillo4me's topic in Classified Ads
As an owner of a .22LR/410 model, I had an "I'll take it" written out for 5 minutes when the ad first appeared. If I wasn't saving for another rifle I would have posted it. Still thinking about it since. It's hard to believe, but I shot a limit of quail in my honey hole with my 410 one day when I was 15. -
Amazing. Thanks for sharing this!

Toyota Tacoma vs Nissan Frontier
CouesPursuit replied to Non-Typical Solutions's topic in The Campfire
Without being a jerk, I think post #2 confirmed my initial response before I read anything else. From the owner of an '02 Tundra with 270k, it's that 3rd 100,000 miles and beyond that makes a Toyota what they're worth. That, and the fact they rarely, rarely leave you stranded after going anywhere they are taken. -
I feel the same. I strongly encouraged my first time guest last weekend to release a big old brown and he was rewarded with another a day later just yards upstream. This immediately alleviated the 'I can't believe you told me to's. Until the rainbow population starts to decrease and quality increases, I honestly think it is (or at least has been) the best thing for the fishery to release browns and keep a rainbow or two. I also quickly noticed that the new flow regime has significantly improved the forage base the last couple months. I couldn't have a more optimistic view of the ferry if they continue on this path. My overnight anchor was spilling scuds of all sizes in the boat every morning. I'm young(ish) and I understand this is not anything like the hay day of Lees, but this was hands down the best fishery I have seen in my 7 years of going there. Our average fish crushed my Lees PB. We caught dozens of fish over 19" on hoppers with shallow droppers, deep double nymph rigs and spin gear.

I'm taking a 1.5 day out of H&M Landing in late June and this will be my first time offshore out of San Diego. I was wondering about a few things, and would welcome any other tips as well. Gear - I will be renting a rod, but do I bring my own tackle ahead of time or is the recommended tackle available on the boat for purchase? Is anything other than bait supplied? Any must haves? Do I have any business bringing a 8' swimbait rod for casting surface baits? Food/Drinks - Obviously you can't bring a cooler, but how frowned upon is bringing a sandwich in your bag or a couple healthy snacks? Fish Cleaning and Tips - Is there an additional charge for fish cleaning or is it paid with a tip? Most of us will tip as served, but for a couple of our guys on a budget, what is a suitable minimum for tipping after a 1.5 day with cleaning? $30-50? I assume having a couple empty coolers in the vehicle for taking fish home is suitable. Any other tips there? Thanks for any insight.

Awesome as usual, MPH! I assume you had the patty pre-packed in a good bag for the 2 hours? I cook half my game steaks sous vide, but never a burger.
