2 questions about suppresors and trigger pull

And your wife and kid too. -
Did you draw a tag or are you going in 2023? I would try and find a load the rifle likes with the Accubonds. They aren't hard to kill for the most part.

Good Luck.

Sean after that last bull you got you should just retire from Elk hunting.

I would love to see them widen and pave it. Especially at Fish Creek Hill.

Boarman might.

Totally agree Tim. There is something about seeing them wild that makes everyone smile. There is still a market for them im MX and I think that there are still a couple of companies in TX that ship them out even though there isn't a commercial market for the meat here, at least that I know about but it does still get consumed.

I think the issue may be that there might be a profit to be made by selling the tag. You can legally butcher a horse and eat it or give the meat away. Just can't profit from it. Feral may be healthier than one that was a "Pet" since those have probably had shots for one thing or another.

OK. I'll pass on it then. GLWS

I'm interested in the 30-30. WHen will you be back up in the Valley? Is it the one on the bottom?

What Chrono did you get?

Casey, What tag did you draw?

Great tripod at a really good price

An inch @ 100 is about as good as it gets with a wood stock. I have a first year stainless 700, about 1991 or so. Now in a Manners stock and maybe .5 MOA. Great caliber and action.

There are those who put more value on getting an animal down than the hard work and experience of the hunt.

Those 7E elk don't migrate very far. Wait for snow melt and look for sign, trails etc. Also look for saplings that have been used as rubs as the elk will be in the same areas and spots come September. Chase bugles and pay attention to the wind, if we have a dry summer water holes will be busy but may not see a lot of activity during the day.

Same here, in 1995.
