I went to the Mesa Office on Friday and bought a new license and it is in there.

I took my son to Hubbard for a 30th birthday trip and also had a friend come down to join us from Oklahoma. We used AR10's with night vision scopes. Started at sunset driving around until we would see them then get out and stalk them across cut fields. My buddy only could stay until midnight and we hunted until 3:30.

Yes. The only round that hasn't yet approached $1 a round, or more is the rimfires.

To me Pronghorn are milder than deer. My theory is they are all gamey tasting because when we buy beef they knock them out, string them up and bleed them out while their heat pumps out most of the blood and while we can't do that with game the blood stays into the meat and makes it stronger tasting.

Close encounter with an F-22 fighter jet

F-35 isn't all that impressive and a bit slower than other jets. Kinda like a 4 door station wagon. -

Love the MiG-29 though but if I could sit in the co-pilot seat of any bird? It would be the SR-71. It just doesn't get any better than that. -
It took me a minute to get this one.

I saw them eating Junipers a couple of weeks ago in Pine which I though was strange but then I have seen them eat Common Mullein.

Anyone use the Fro Pro Patriot?

I'm not sure which one my son has but it isn't very loud so make sure you read the reviews. -
I have shot one of my biggest pigs about 15 minutes before sundown. The walk back to the truck was in the dark with no flashlight. I knew about where the truck was and walked right up to it. I have shot them all hours of the day.

Close encounter with an F-22 fighter jet

My office in Tempe is off of Priest and I can hear the fighter jets when they take off and will rush outside to see them wizz past. One year I watched one headed east and when it got as far as about Mill Ave the pilot stood it on end and went vertical and was out of site in about 20 seconds. When I lived in Maine by Loring AFB the B52's would rattle the dishes in the kitchen on take off. My hunting buddy and I would hunt 29 a lot back in the 80's and 90's and more than once we would be up on top of Pothole and a fighter would come weaving through the canyons a few hundred feet below us. One year the Navajo Nation did a Varmint Calling Contest so he and I went up there for it along with 28 teams from all over the west. While out calling on a snowy foggy day I head a jet coming and looked up to see a B1 appear out of the fog just about treetop level. In an instant it went past me and disappeared back into the fog.
