I doubt that has been any different globally since Moses's time. If we have learned one thing in 5000 years it's you can change human nature. Psyche is Psyche irregardless if we have been to the depths of the oceans or walked on the moon. Granted we have the history of others at our disposal to read of but most will undoubtedly gasp but inevitably follow the same path despite the latest technology.

The wax is good stuff. Cases feel like it takes less effort to size them.

Yes they are hitting cards again this afternoon. Good Luck Gents.

I turned off everything but there are two default that are automatic and not accessible. I don't like seeing the notification popup everytime I log on.
-
Not at all. It will say pending until the results are posted. It's normal.

What lube are you using? A little Imperial Sizing Wax works great. The best was when Dillon came out with the spray in the aerosol can but they took it off the market after a few years. When they did I went to Hornady One Shot but it wasn't as good as the Dillon.

First place I would start is the Hunt Unit Info section of the AZG&F Dept website. You will from what I have heard get info from AZG&F about a Sheep Seminar invite. Definitely go to it and once you have the info on which tag you drew I would contact Guides. As you found out there are not many tags given out so people with tags will be very tight lipped.

Yeah G&F Reports are a thing of the past unfortunately.

I have the P22 with the longer barrel and it isn't finicky at all. Very ergonomic too only issue I have with it is the barrel nut for loosens up which drives me crazy but it is just on the longer barrel model.

Thanks for the suggestion. My sons truck has a hard bed cover so that should help quite a bit.

Heard of one posted today on FB.

It just kept taking line and making runs. Dead shrimp on the bottom in the marsh in a couple of feet of water. Though I was snagged until it moved and I set the hook, then it was on. Made about five runs and at about the 25 minute mark rolled and I saw it was a red. Never know what you will hook into down there. Finally got it in the boat and took a pic and released it. It was about 37" long. I was using a Calcutta 250 with 20# Flouroclear on a 7' Medium Action St Croix rod about 5:30 PM.

Not looking to fight anything for more than about 30 minutes. That Redfish in my avatar was 30-35 minutes. Watched my son fight a yellowfin that was about 135 for 30 minutes and a bit later my buddys daughter land a marlin after about 45 minutes. At 66 years old I have caught plenty of fish from Tarpon in Puerto Rico to Grayling in Alaska. I just enjoy it for what it is and am trying to fill my bucket list before the sand runs out of my hourglass and enjoy it with as many people as I can. I usually do catch and release for bucket list fish. But to me every fish is a trophy and a memory as are the people who where there at the time or the really special times when it was just me, the rod and the fish.

Bench gun for bug holes, prarie dogs or yotes? That factory stuff was all over the place velocity wise as was the last target. Chasing muzzle velocity is one thing. But,,, what is your intended purpose for this rig? If your're spanking yotes at any distance out to a few hundred yards 100fps at the muzzle won't make a difference at 400 yards but it will be more devastating under 100 yards. Decide what you want the rifle to do and with what bullet. The bullet you want to use for prarie dogs isn't the bullet you want to use for foxes which isn't the bullet you want to use for yotes and most of all you need to match the velocity to the bullet construction. Chase accuracy first for small targets.

Thanks Lee. I appreciate your input.

I've been wanting a 27 tag for a while. Maybe next year. I would rather freeze than be hot on a deer hunt.
-
That would be perfect and I'd be happy with just a couple of fish.

Sounds good. I just booked us on the Constitution and rented a couple of Rods with 50# and 2 speed reels. We are taking my sons GMC Sierra which bets better mileage than my 7.3 plus it has a covered bed to keep stuff in. I also am getting some feedback on Bloody Decks which has been a big help too. I was thinking of leaving about 6AM or so on the 4th so we could try and get a decent place to park. Chris 602-499-0610
