How do you store your trout?

Or maybe because it is FISH.....lol The citrus helps with the fishy taste too ( I think). A pat of butter, some salt pepper and seasoning rubbed in and a citrus slice on the inside. Wrapped in tinfoil or cooked over a flame. 5 star pond cuisine. Dangit Kev...now I want to go fishing...... Fishes with no to very small scales rely on a thicker slime coat to keep parasites off and will jell once they die. Eels are an extreme case but you get the picture.

Get the family fishing license, saves a few $$. Or so I am told. The slime coat left on can add a fishy taste.

How do you store your trout?

I scrape the scale off which also removes the slime coat, rinse and pat dry. Then wrap in plastic wrap and put in a freezer bag.

    Electrical Work for Mechanical Work

I think they were designed off the old Quadra Jets. The Holleys were easier to break down and clean.

    Sending Binos to Swarovski?

Call them to see if they need to go to Austria since you bought them in France. The new ones can also be ordered in Hunter Orange but I'm not sure if that is an option yet for the US market.

    Heavy duty French fry cutter

There are a couple of hamburger joints that cut fresh potatoes, maybe In-Out? Go to one and ask what they are using. Mount it vertically. Once you cut them let them soak a bit in cold water to get rid of some of the starch. 50 years ago when I worked in a burger joint called Wetsons in Levittown on Long Island we would cut them and then fry them for a minute and hang them for the crew to cook the rest of the day. I would usually do about 50 baskets in the morning on a Saturday which would last until mid afternoon then we would do another batch which would last until we closed at about 2AM. We cooked them about 2 minutes after that as we needed them. We cooked them in lard, changed the oil every day.
