Just a few more steps. LOL ya never know how many hacks replaced one before and didn't make sure it was bonded. So many people just use what ever nipples they can find that fit with no regard for the material. I have seen everything from electrical to galvanized to cheap plated ones with no pipe dope and beyond.

Much of my stuff is Kings Camo and the patterns are perfect but the material isn't suited for temps of 75 and above.

Do they ever have clearance sales?

say what? I never did when I lived in Mesa. oops Neither did I but the ex said she they told her she needed to do so with the last one. Only time I ever pulled permits was when I did a electric service changeout on my house and then for a friend. Oh, and when I added an AC unit to the house after we moved in and the wife got pregnant with our first kid and I decided that just having a swamp cooler wasn't going to cut it anymore so I got a refurbished unit from a friend and had another one measure up the ductwork and we welded up a frame from some old angle iron and installed it after I changed out the 100amp fuse panel for a 200 amp breaker panel. I did all that work myself including the hot work. The city inspector did the initial inspection and a couple of years later SRP came around upgrading the feeders and biatched up a storm to the wife because I didn't call them. Yeah oops.

I know in Mesa you need to pull a permit too.

Sent you a PM Jesse.

Great news, praying for her recovery.

Both are great bucks, although I have no idea about the score. I was driving up 25 just south of Castle Rock last week and saw one about 2/3's that tall pawing the ground on the side of the road and got all excited. I can just imagine if I saw this one and had a tag.

Did you send Rocky and Guido over to break some bones? Joey-bag-of-donuts and his pal Vinne stugots handle my "inter-personal conflict resolutions" to allow me a measure of deniability... We would have "Skinny Tony" invite them shark fishing and take them out about 30 miles.

I got an update today from the Registrar of Contractors I thought some would find useful. When having work done either at your house or place of business, always ask for their license number and then go here and look them up. It will show what current license they have and if there are any judgments against them. Never give up any money upfront, EVER! It is ok to give them a partial payment AFTER the material has been delivered and then some more money after they are 50% complete but never pay in full until all the work is 100% and you are satisfied all the work specified in the contract is done. Also ask for references and get at least 3-5 bids with a start and end date. https://roc.az.gov/roc-wanted

In the east valley maybe Bullet Proof Diesel near Falcon Field or Chris Rollins over at Rowdy Racks who has a shop behind Caswells in Mesa. Also Chris at Desert Rat in Mesa has done some work for me on my F250 too. He is a good guy and honest.

Go on one of their tours and you will most likely see one. Many times you can see them on the bluffs across from the marina. Sometimes you can also see them at Saguaro near the narrows.

Use lightweight line like 6# test. One the bottom, a single power egg, #6 hook about 18" -36" above a splitshot. Any color, orange, white or green, just try until you see what they prefer that day. They will hit it on the way down a lot of times. Once the line sinks all the way reel in the slack and set the drag. Bobber, either a small worm or mealworm about 18" to 48" and a #4 - #10 single hook. I don't use treble hooks because they swallow them too far. For lures from shore I like Castmasters, Super Dupers, Rooster Tails and Mepps.

Looks like an Irish Setter.

I can pretty much remember all of my hunts. Probably 50% of them were total solo hunts and some were concluded with me taking game which were reverent and fulfilled a deep sense of accomplishment, even though I was alone. I think though that the ones that were more meaningful to me where ones where I contributed to with my skill and perseverance which resulted in another taking game. Some of those were my kids first deer on the JR Kaibab hunt and my sons first turkey hunt and assisting a friend on his first turkey hunt.

Amazing prices. Guess that is due in part to the price of diesel dropping.

Yup, State lands will be closed until we get some rain. The prickly pear pads in 22 and 23 were shrivled up and it is really dry out there. The bear opener is close and hunting is OK but target shooting is way too risky right now. Under the right conditions a spark could set a fire off that could overtake you before you had a chance to pack up and get out. I understand your concern about public ranges. A couple of years ago a dad was shooting with his 8 or 9 yo kid at the bench next to me and the kid had a little bearcat. After shooting it with his dad the dad moved to the next bench and was doing some other shooting. When a cease fire was called the kid laid the revolver down, pointed in my direction. I calmly walked over and pointed it downrange and explained to him why. The dad then came over and scolded the poor kid saying don't ever let someone touch our guns loud enough for me to hear.

Need good ground clearance and low flowing Tonto Creek on that leg, right? I was up there last weekend and the creek is bone dry. Fishcreek hill can be a pain if you have a motorhome, it's pretty tight in some places.

When you call leave a message. I have this little thing called voicemail. -
I will be staying in Manatou. Thinking of bringing some ultra-light tackle and looking for suggestions.
