One thing I noticed was the DPMS did not have the forward assist like the Colt did. Is there a big difference between gas or inertia systems other that having to clean the piston?

People who watch that stuff choose to do so. The FCC may mandate a delay so the broadcaster can give the viewer notice that they are going to show something like that which could potentially be disturbing to little kids so parents can change the station or move the kids from the room. Imagine if he was family and his kids were at your home and saw that happen.

We don't have a bird dog and if I can get my radiator swapped out I am going to try and head down friday after work.
