Electric Start?

I've used these guys in the past and they were honest and did good work. http://www.northmesaauto.com/

Cool find Tim. I found a couple of old jars on a hill a few years back from the late 70's. The sun had bleached the paper but there were still fairly readable and are still there.

That's pretty darn awesome. -
Casey I think I have all the stuff for 45-70 and 375 H&H, just no powder or time. LOL Let me see what I have and I'll get back to you. My old Marlin and older Model 70 need to be taken out for a walk. Happy New Years Bud.

Congrats and great write up. I got 23 AZ BP's so maybe this is the year for me. LOL

Cruise Gunbroker.

looks like 7.5 but they made a 9.5 but they were not too popular and didn't sell well. The Super Redhawk was really all about the 454 and the 480. Really no need for the added weight for the 44 but still a great pistol.
-
Good Luck. If weight is what you're after use shot.

You need to do that once you get settled and take the safety off before you start calling.

Put the sitting hen and the jake about 5' apart in a clear area so a Tom can see them.

The houses by the power lines are easily visable from a few miles. Stay east of them and hunt the small herds. -
I was thinking the same thing.

I would start here first. -
That sounds like fun. What's the limit on them? Tribute has been doing pretty good this year.

I'm no expert but I don't think it matters too much. I have shot Rio's in OK and Merriams and Goulds here and in MX. Avian makes top notch decoys.

Lots of Junipers but plenty of open country too. -

Take a tripod and a pair of binoculars. There's a lot of country out there. You can check with Grant. He might send you a pin or two. -
I remember walking on the beach near downtown Milwaukee and there were deer tracks everywhere.
-
Some days hunting them is harder than others but each trip is a learning experience and you can't shoot them if they are not there. Thirty minutes is max time on a stand for me and you have to move at least 1/2 mile before you make another stand. Congrats on your first one.

When you buy a brake off the internet and install it your self it either comes with shims or is designed to be clocked. Have it installed by a Smith and you will be GTG if you have him pick one out and install it.

You need a 100# BF. But you may need a new setup.
