I think it's because it's never been shot before. I'm sure the gun shoots Amazing, but it's always nice to have proof! FYI, I recently had a brux barrel put on my Savage 338 lapua. That barrel loves almost every load we have tried. I'm sure this gun will be the same. Adam I agree! But like I stated I just picked up a custom 300 Rum and don't have time to load rounds and shoot it to sell it. With the action being trued up and a Brux barrel I'm confident it's a shooter compared to a factory barrel.

I don't have any test groups. The gun hasn't been shot yet. I just picked up the gun recently and haven't created a load. The gun weighs probably 8-10lbs with the factory stock.

Wish I would but with my work schedule it will be tough to shoot this gun the next several weeks. Same here Lance. The gun shoots 1/2 MOA 300 grain Bergers, 90 grains of H-1000 2750 fps. The gun has shot 3 bears and 1 coues deer over 500 yards and performed flawlessly.
