From 60yds with a 260gr 375 ultra mag to a 175 Barnes x with a 7mm stw from the tower on diamond point down to the 260. They didn't have range finders readily available then.

Hopefully this year I'll be shooting a 325gr 45cal!

What a bunch of crap. I say if they are out of the boundaries they are fair game. How am I wrong? There is no regulation on feral animals in Arizona.

Already can't use smokeless powder during Muzzleloader season. And you can't use a crossbow during archery season unless you have a doctors letter stating a medical reason you can't pull back a bow.

Smokeless is not legal here but 115gr of 209 does dang good.

Jeff Hankins and Luke (arrowhead) have very similar systems. I have a hankins set up. A friend of mine has arrowhead. They both shoot amazing with 300's and 325's. I like the Hankins ram rod set up better than Luke's and I like Luke's breech plug and break better than Jeff's. That's what I would do if I were building again.

I talked with Todd Buck last week. He said 2 weeks ago there was 2 feet of snow on winter range. I would bet that is about gone now.
