Good luck Fred- These next few days are the toughest but keep grinding. I just ran out of days for my hunt. Wish we didn't have to work for a living. -
Good luck Hunter and Andrew !! Can't wait to see how it goes!

Depends on how much time...if you have the time do archery. Rifle if you just want to kill something or have that opportunity at a big one in a minimal time frame

After 5 days scouting and 8 days of hunting I don't think I'll be able to make it back. Saw lots of good bucks. 2 giants and passed up shots on over 40 bucks under 50 yards..mostly young bucks but 1 solid 160 class at 20 yards. Blew opportunities at big bucks multiple times, but no shots at them... General hunt pressure is insane and I never could get it done on one of the big bucks. Sorry about the quality of pictures. I took a bunch of screenshots off the video clips...easier that way. 0818190731.mp4 0818190814.mp4 0818190814.mp4

Keep at it!! You should have very little company this week. -
Congrats Rob...wish I was there. What a giant. Thankfully we have Mx Coues every year to give you the Coues fix. Speaking of, its probably time to send in deposits.

super sweet buck! -
My biggest concern was velvet antlers since I just dont want anyone messing with my velvet bucks. I called Clay Goldman one of the premier taxidermists and law abiding guys in Az and he received some info i would like to pass on... Quote---Ok, you can bring deer and elk in from out of state. The catch is, they have to be taken directly to a licensed taxidermist or meat processor. You can't process them yourself. Please spread this around to anyone you know that might be wondering. Just FYI I didnt verify it but I would trust. Clay with my life

I'm hunting a giant buck in Utah or I would be up there looking around for you and a buddy of mine that also has the tag, but I'll be up the street a few hours, but good luck to you guys. -

Good luck, hope you find a giant or two up there. The strip is a weird place for sure, but plenty of bucks to be seen. -
Here are a couple video from trail cameras, 1. Cheap Cams 2. They got slobbered on pretty good 3. Most of the big bulls haven't shown up since the cattle moved in. Enjoy STC_0131.m4v STC_0132.m4v STC_0553.m4v STC_0552.m4v STC_0485.m4v STC_0552.m4v STC_0553.m4v STC_0132.m4v

If nothing else get your cape and antlers back ASAP. That is if they are not lost/stolen or ruined. If its not someone you know or trust 3 years is way too long.

Im guessing a normal price fully guided is what 13k-16k? You make 20k on the raffle deal. Im not decided on what I would do. I do know that I dont have $13-15k but I do have $100. I probably still wouldnt buy one but i would be tempted.

I havent seen either bull in person but when I heard about these pictures I knew the A3 bull would be the furthest away from the camera. One thing I do know is that pictures can be deceiving. Case in point my buddy and I both killed almost identical bears. We layed them out on his porch...i did not move either one but took 2 pictures 1 from each side. From their respective sides they both look like they dwarf the other one. I can not comment on the scores since I have no idea, just thought my pictures would show a huge difference due to perspective. I know quite a few people seem to hate A3 but they have a lot of great guides, and good people, sure they have some that may be lacking but what company doesn't????I'm not sure why all the drama.

The biggest difference between feral horses/burros and cattle is that horses and burros pull the grass up by the roots if left in a area too long. Cattle for sure can overgraze but rarely does it have lasting consequences. As said before there are good and bad in all walks of life and ranchers are no different. However since it is their livelihood overall they tend to maintain the areas quite well.

I need to work less and run more cameras. I only started taking pictures with my phone when photobucket started charging. Anyway my dad told me to "avoid even the appearance of evil" and since my intent was never to mislead I'll download and post the originals. I need a break is it fall yet.?
-
I shouldn't defend myself. I'll take the time to download originals...if there is one thing I hate is someone who feels the need to embellish. I hope I'm never that guy.
-
Yep...not sure I would either but I was responding mostly to the allegations they were made in China
