Promaster is my favorite...outdoorsman is a great tripod but not for the price...heavier and in the shop more frequently

I saw the pics on my phone, not sure why they are not showing up on the computer, looked to me like a real hungry lion. Cats stay quite thin unless they are on a kill. He was very thin though.

You will...not everyone cares about social media.

I saw one at the hub the other day. Might could get it at a decent price. I don't know how flexible they are on price..

My wife does not go out of her way to go hunting, but she enjoys the time spent with me and family. ( at least she says she does) As my children get older and start to move out of the house, I'm sure we will spend more time hunting together. It is fairly hard when you have young children. Here is a bull she killed when we were first married, For some reason I can not find a field photo.

Very much unlike other southern units...very few areas to get away from roads or hunters...lots of deer, very few mature deer..

Lots of slow, growth on my cams...

Nice pics, fun time of year preparing for fall. Good luck

A bull I really liked did not turn into anything special, but a few decent bulls on cameras.

I apologize in advance. I am not one to drag on and on about something, but this has just been too cool. I haven't picked it up yet, but my AK Mountain Goat is finished. Thanks Clay for working with me and getting an absolute awesome mount finished. I will start another thread when I get it up on the wall. Just a few pics from hunt FINAL PRODUCT

First off it is a bull elk tag so feel blessed...2 this hunt can be very bad...depending on feed/water/pressure you can often times go 2-3 days without seeing a branched antler bull. I've been lucky to help take some of the best bulls I've seen taken on this late hunt and I still don't like it... Some years you find bulls regularly on our side...most years they stay in the rez.

+1 on the goodfeet store. I've eliminated all low back pain. Takes some getting used to it has been almost 15 years for me and I don't go anywhere without them.

Sorry about the quality, I run most of my cameras close to my house in 3c and it is notorious for getting cameras swiped so I use pretty cheap cameras.

great footage, awesome job

Your link shows them on clearance for $140??? I think I'm seeing it right...

After I shot my mountain goat in AK last fall I spent an insane amount of time trying to decide what pose to have Clay mount my Goat. I literally saved hundreds of pics to my phone and computer and sent a few to friends to help in the decision. Most all of the goats I saw online I was not happy with, Clay told me that mine would have more hair and not to be too worried but after spending so much money on the hunt and money on the mount I wanted to have a mount that I loved. With Clay's help a decision was made and Clay spent a great amount of time adjusting the form to create this beautiful goat mount, after some drying time and finish work he will be ready to come home. I am super excited to say the least.

I really like a 5 pin slider. they are set at 20,40,50,60,70...... Skipping 30, pretty easy to shoot a 30 yard animal with a 20 yard pin. (this is for me a spot and stalk hunter, in a blind or stand it would be different I'm sure)

I will, I thought I had the place all picked out, but that may change. We will see.
