I run my 12's on a dual system along with my spotter for Coues. I have no complaints about finding Coues with 12's. My son use to run 10 ELs and 15 SLCs. I made him use my 12 NL's for one day in Mexico. He gave them back 4 days later and sold his 10's and 15's and bought 12. The 14's (14.7's) are fantastic. they are too much for me to hand hold and their FOV is noticeably smaller. There is a big low light difference in the Swaro STC's and 65 STXs. I canny say about the others.

The best deal you will get on NIB 8x30's is around $1300. $1000 is a dang good deal.

Maybe. But they are still the epitome of big glass if they work for you There's nothing that is as good. A BTX/115 is awfully close though.

Are you interested in the true big eyes or only the twin spotters?
