I like to make scrapes for my cams... don't really hunt over em. as far as the wafers I remember the guy gettn whipped... had some elk fire on or somethin I'll pass on wearing any sexy deer scents... my friends would most certainly youtube that for sure! LOL! James

so let's here your technique of calling...... do you spot and call? meaning do you glass em up and stalk as close as possible then call em....... do you blind call? meaning do you sit your stand or ground blind and call every so often. do you try to mix in rattlin horns or doe bleats. By the way, if you never heard a fawn or doe bleat it is the coolest thing ever! do you, have you used decoys on coues? do you still try to call if they are pushing does? any other methods??? James

the big question is what is your budget? I have called in lots with my old johnny stewart also with the mini caller, even called a bunch with the old tapes..... all in the set up I have a fox pro now and haven't been out alot but have called in a few with it. I wish I would have saved a bit more and got a better 1. the sound quality is much better if you spend a bit more. if you can spend $400 you can get a good set up. otherwise you'll wish you had. or buy what you can afford and save up for a better 1. you can use your caller for more than just predators.
