i'd be for iron sights only. Hope it doesn't ruffle feathers. Or at least rules against smokeless powder. I think it's an insult to muzzle loading enthusiasts with some of these in lines, topped with a scope, that shoot smokeless. i'm also against crossbows in archery season. but, i'm not going to start a war over these things. sometimes it's just good to see people getting out there. muzzle loading is a fine and honorable tradition, which i pursue at from time to time. (and mostly fail, lol). i'd like to see it remain an honorable tradition, and not go the way of big ego's and big money.

well, what did you choose? i'm packing my muzzle loader tomorrow, but am taking a 10mm for back up, a xdm. I'm just using cheap mag tech ammo, because i don't think it really matters on small game. I have some nice stuff from ammo inc, it's kind of pricey, maybe i'll take that. Hopefully i can get it done with the muzzy.

Got a big bag of mostly 30.06 brass, Remington and hornady. A few pieces of federal are unfired, and a box or two of .38 brass. trade for predator calls, hunting books, accessories, ammo, or something hunting related. in Payson. looking reality in the face, I’ll probably never reload.

Trade for predator calls, fishing gear, ammo, etc. never used, has surface rust from storage.

I’ll bite, I bought my 12 year old the ruger American compact in 6.5cm. I can shoot it comfortably and so can he. 6.5 is a pretty solid round that penetrates deeply. Very little kick.

get a bottle of hydrogen peroxide if you can, with a spray attachment, and start spraying just past last blood. the stuff will bubble like no other when it hits organic material, so micro drops of blood can easily be seen. also consider the possibility that some other hunter picked him up, or a bear or lion absconded with him. with that blood, he is deader than dead. What unit you in, if you don't mind me asking.

Emp is the best fitting handgun I’ve ever held.

Also, xds has a chamber indicator. So, even in the dark, you can tell if you have one in the pipe. Could be crucial.

Let me also recommend the xds. Has accessory rail, optional extended mags, super reliable, etc.

Would those fit an Arctic cat prowler?

Thanks to the Arizona deer association for hosting a great camp. Met a lot of cool people up there. Opening day was windy and cold. I froze in our tent the night before, it was miserable. We were cold, tired, etc. saw nothing. next day the bulls were fired up. We got in on them early, but my son missed a 60 yard shoot. He shot 5 feet over its back. that afternoon we were gonna sit water, but they started screaming again. We left the water and chased them down. Son made a great shot, drilled her and she dropped. Crazy packout. We drug her to the highway, which wasn’t too far, then hiked back to the 4 wheeler and then drove back to the truck. We drove the truck up to the highway and then loaded her up, traffic and all. headed back to the ada camp for a steak dinner.
