What do you think about this snow storm? We are getting a pretty good snow around globe. I shure didnt expect it. but i love the snow.

I drew the 24b ham hunt. Im plannig on using my .40 s&w. But i also bought a muzzle loader today so im debating on what to use right now. decisions decisions.

I myself have never hunted mearns but i have heard that they are some of the dumbest quail around. is this true of is it just because they havent gotten much human exposure

I got my tag. then about 2 weeks later got my lisence. that was a while ago. I would call Game and fish on that.

very interesting.... I always thought that a doe with antlers was cosidered a buck

Im in favor of the point restrictions, but it would only be fair to do all hunt rifle. muzz. and archery. and maybe keep the juniors only hunt open to any antlered deer. We have all shot enough little deer in our days and i think we need to let them grow to get better genetics and better antler growth around the state.

Im trying to get into bow hunting, but i have absolutely no clue what to do first. How do i figure out wich draw length and pull and stuff like that is right for me? and how much dose it cost to get completely set up, ( bow sights rest ect.) Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thank you, Mark

Javelina Green Chili..... Thats the only thing i have ever tried and it was OK.... just OK. hahaha

My cousin works out at pinky's 5/ ranch which is now m-k ranch , and he said theres been a big lion out there bringing down there cattle. Im not sure if they have found it yet? But about a month ago we went out scouting with him when a lion ran across the trail. We only had one dog with us and he took chase but lost him after a couple hundred yards. The lion just kept running and never treed. So we went back to the ranch and called up a freind to bring more hounds and grabbed a couple from the ranch and got on the trail. followed it for a long time but they ended up treeing a bobcat and lost the lion. If you havent been on a hunt with hounds its definately something you should try, but be prepared to do some running up and down hills.

I dont really have a problem with the price increase you have to figure that if you tag out. The amount of meat your getting per dollar is still pretty good. And of course its a great experience.

I was wondering if any one did any good this weekend. I hunted 24a and didnt have much, saw alot of deer but none with antlers. I saw one whitetail hanging on friday and my cousin and micheal oddonetto filled there mule deer tags with a nice 4x4 and 3x3. but other then that i didnt hear to much. I got some pictures of the mulies and some beautiful country we hiked but i have no idea how to post them.

I have no idea on the score but i know thats and awsome buck, its built like those eastern whitetails you see on tv. you know the ones they pass up. Awsome coues
