I love camp fires. I dont think camping is camping without a good hot juniper fire going. I dont think it really affects anything as long as you play the wind and even if you dont. Where you going to catch a shower? inless of course youre in a traler and if you are your cheating!!!!! jk

I Have always heard that they will feed more on a full moon because its light out so they bed more during the day? seems logical but who knows

Why were you scare?? were you shooting from the road or from your vehicle?? I was scared because i heard that they all rush out on you like there are going to jump you. i wasnt on the road i was about 5 yards off it. hahaha

I have a 2004 , 400 and 500 sportsman. you can tell the power differance betwwen them but they both preform fairly well. the only problem i have is that when i get up in higher elevations they tend to miss or sputter. this is a jet problem i think. the dealer says so any way. higher up the thinner the air,

My longest shot of 250yds was a lucky one. My first shot i completly missed, but the deer didnt even move. (This kind of scared me because i thought that i may have been shooting at a robo deer from the azgfd) But i made my adjustment took a deep breath and nailed it through the heart. He reared up like a horse and hit the ground.

All i can say is "HOLY CRAP". Its a miracle one of them werent shot. the first time i saw it i thought the guy in the background got shot after he fell when the lion came back through. Pretty crazy

I always carry a pistol on my side when im out hunting wether i get to close to a snake or ever get in a bad situation like that.

Which would you rather have after you make the shot and its time to gut or skin your game ? I usally just carry my lucky BUCK knife with one back up knife just in case, and of course a good sharpeing stone. But on the other hand i know people who carry multiple knives and just get a new one out once they lose an edge. My BUCK knife tends to keep a good edge for a while. What do you do?

You can check sportsmens ware house for odd grains like 25 for the 30-06 but i go with the 150gr or 165gr just for the extra knock down power.

I can handle the tranculas but keep those snakes away from me. I have seen more deer this year than in of the other years ive been out hunting. about 5 years. That maybe because i get out alot more now . but still...

Well good luck to you. But Be shure to wear alot of hunter orange . i have alot of freinds that live and hunt out there and they say people get mistaked for deer or elk like crazy out there. Ive heard of it a couple times but they assured me that it happens alot more then what we hear about. Becareful, And good luck
