With all the scopes for sale all the time I am wandering what has been Your experience or opinion as to what is the best all around. I know some are great optics as far as seeing things but which one are the most rugged and can take the most shock and beating from high powered rifles. Look at differerent price ranges too. Like $300, 600-700 and on up to the high $ ones. I got a 300 win mag and put a $650 vortex on it. Everyone talks how they have the best warranty, but my op is build a good product and you won't have to use the warranty..........Thanks in advance..........BOB!

Most spotting scopes are a waist unless they are top end. If You are using some good 15's and can't see the rack it most likely isn't worth shooting. Iv'e never seen any thing under 2k worth carrying. And any thing over that I can't afford. Found cheap ones to be to blurry at high power.. I am usually with at least one person that has the good ones. Hunt with friends that have good equipment........BOB!

Sarver is a joke with the Suns. I had season tickets from about 85 to 95 and was worth it. With prices now and the quality of play no way. They will never win with Sarver. He drove Steve Kerr away. The first time I ever tried call a deer i was in Coues country. Like a fool ,stood up on a boulder so the bleat would carry and with in 3 seconds out of nowhere a nice 3x3 came darting at me. My bow was on the boulder. If it was in hand I would of had a shot. I may have said this before here ,but any time You call anything be ready instantly. Called in foxes within 10 seconds. Every scenario is different, but allways be ready.....BOB!

I got the Tikka 300 winn mag with vortex viper 4307-lr 4-16x50 dead hold bdc. Don't know what ta heck all the letters mean but I'm zoned in at 200. got to start shooting and get out to 600. Mine will be factory load. I am expierimenting.......Any advice holler please..........BOB!

I was not part of this site when Tony and whoever got into it . What happened. I never heard anything bad about the guy. Just know He was writing outdoor articles and books in AZ. for 30 years or so. Havasu hunter, I am in Minot . Went to tailrace once ,just to see it on the way back from Bismark and a buddy was there shore fishing He had just caught a 27 inch rainbow He had laying in the snow. It was April last year. Never fished it yet but want to rent a boat and do the tailrace. I have only fished 3-4 times on the souris river below Lake Darling. The pike hit anything You trow at them. Big too. Guys catch lottsa walleye rite here in town in the river..........BOB!

I thought I could draw, but Cost wise its almost 2k for the tag plus trip from N. Dakota. I will be getting surgery after my elk hunt too. Rather draw it when i'M healthy and a resident.............BOB!

Iv'e killed as many out state as I have here in AZ. I have only 2 muleys, 3 coues 2 elk 2 pigs and 1 antelope and 6 turkeys. Outa State 4 muleys , 3Coues, 1 antelope ,5 turkeys. Been huntin since 88. Passed alotta dinks in My older years (last 10) I quit hunting pigs after 1 rifle and 1 bow. Don't ask me how many animals I screwed up on ...................BOB!
