Good deal.......BOB!

I drew My first choice. Unit 51 Spring Turkey in North Dakota. Kinda nice with Turkey here its pretty much a gaurantee.Just put in 2 and a half weeks ago, there draw is quick as there are only a few people in the state. And they only let residents put in. Now if I can get that dang Elk tag in AZ........BOB!

Yotebuster, the area I hunt by Carpio and Dony Brook both had Cow Moose hanging out last 2 years. Kinda cooll.. Found one nice deer shed last year by Creek bottom.....BOB!

Its so Friggin cold here, You don't even wanna think about going Turkey hunting. C'mon mid April.......BOB!

Bill, Coke acola does wonders . in 1972 my first car was a 67 falcon with some rust on the bumper in Erie PA. I ask my dad what would take it off. He said a brillo pad and coke. Worked like a charm. Know what it does to our stomach?........BOB!

It will be 4 years next month that I been gone from AZ. 1 and 27 are My fav. units. Aint seen em since the 2 big fires. I know how sad its gonna be when I get back this year. It will never look the same in our lives. Hows the Turkey hunting been? have they come back with the Elk?...........BOB!

Seldom, I agree. I used to find many just staying on roads or trails and looking all directions. Walk fence lines and creek bottoms , but to all the Scum bags who go everywhere on your weeler that you shouldn't, I hope you get lottsa flats and don't find chit. Don't push the Elk. common sence and courtesy......BOB!

Nice. I found a similar one at a water hole that a bear mutilated. Found the arrow laying near by. There was nothing left of the elk..........BOB!

No pics but I can remember the day . Early Dec. 1970 We both shot at a doe . We don't know who it her but we were just happy . It was my first kill. After shooting nothing but ground hogs in PA .This was big for Me. I thought. It really didn't excite Me It was a dam doe I been a horn hunter all my life. Meat don't excite Me. This is one of the few memories I have with My Dad who is 94 as we speak. He took me out alot when I was young, but don't remember much. Enjoy time with Yur dad as You don't know how long it will last. I look back at 45 years ago and they were probly the best times of My life. My last living uncle or aunt from central Penn moved to Erie PA. in the late 40's from Brookville ,PA. Passed 3 years ago.At the funeral My dad said in the 30''s when uncle Vince was a kid in the late 30's killing rabits in the back yard woods with his brother for the family to eat. And we think we got it rough .My 2 boys in their 20's don't hunt so the late 60's sound like fun.Only God can take Me back in time. it will happen . enjoy the time with Your DAD . there aint much time left..................BOB!

It would make a good hood ornament on a Chevy. Would be the only thing good looking on the vehicle. In Texas they would put it on a Cadilac. Viva la Ford..............BOB!
