I would do it once retired in 4-5 years. You could prob. get guys from deer and elk associations too. heck I'd like to see whats coming out of a unit. You may end up hunting it the next year.LOL. There would be ways, but our G&F isn't creative enough to figure it out............BOB

Bill, You got to admit that when getting older shooting a dink isn't as exciting as it was when You were young. I am 58 and just ate a $570 deer tag in Montana and didn't bother Me at all. 10 years ago I would of been pissed. I had 3x3 muleys standing at 60 yards and just smiled and enjoyed the moment. (even tho it was -10). I just enjoy beeing out. But when I do shoot I want them big antlers. And I also have never used a camera or baited. I feel we have enough advantage with big optics and guns. Hope You are enjoying some warm weather.............BOB!

Here in N. Dakota they got the same problem with deer at an all time low. They have about same amount of tags as AZ. Last year they did away with muley doe tags and in one year they claim the population went up like 27%. They need to do it with whitetails too, but hunters are bitching to much. They want tags. Up here its the hunters that don't get it. Most States have the same problem in the west........BOB!

They lowered rifle tags a little in unit one but upped archery a bunch in the last few years. I wish they would just raise fees and lower tags. You spend thousands on gear what is a little more to have quality hunts?...........BOB!

Congrats to U of A. I think thats the most important game they ever won. Never liked Kelleys delivery.Hopefully we can have a good bowl game and 1 good year with Verducci. He's got a great delivery. Never baited, or used a camera. I do use 15's and a range finder occasionally. Thats fair enough for me. And when its hot I use water holes. Call me old fashioned. I still get it done...........BOB! ......Forgot ,I drive a 08 F150 , cost 16k.

No saguaro here . 2 degrees and 6-7" fresh snow. That is a great one You found there. You guys enjoy that desert. WE lived in it for 34 years and took it for granted. Even tho I allways said to the wife its one of the most Beautiful places in the world. Can't wait to move back. I enjoyed every time out in the desert, and had several cactus on our acre in Cave Creek. Nothin more majestic than a big buck standing in a saguaro forrest..........BOB!

Where I just hunted last week in Montana the Rancher told Me the have a Yote problem . We did see more than normal. And saw more in other areas too.The first Coues hunt I was ever on in 31, 25 years ago, I thought the yotes were gonna eat Me in my pop up there were so many outside. I don't know how any fawns ever survive in AZ. I promise when I retire in a few years I will spend My days thinning them out....BOB!
