I lived in Flagler Beach in winter of 1978 , But don't know anybody there pobably, And met My wife in Daytona Beach in Spring of 78 .I would like to spend some time down there and do know people in several dfferent cities there. only 1 is looking into it for me. He doesn't hunt but is into shooting and He thinks He might know some People that can Help Me. My only living Aunt and Uncle winter down there too. Lottsa people to visit. . Kevin, It is so easy it almost isn't fun in Wyoming.You pick thru hundreds a day .Allmost like hunting Rabbits. I have a Buddy in Casper and He has shot at least 1 every Year since He was like 12 ,and He's over 60 years old .He just goes out and shoot one and comes home. ........BOB!

I used Duwane on My Kaibab hunt last Year and what treat. Even to a 45 year Hunter. I happened to be one of the 3 Guys plus Him sleeping in a Huge tent with a big Stove to keep in warm in there. The other Guy was a Buddy of His of several years a very nice older Fella that was in charge of cutting wood for all 5 or 6 tents He had there. Between the 2 I heard some great stories from over the Years. What a treat it was. Had Him autograph His Kaibab book He wrote To My DAD that was 98 and passed away this Spring. Just a genuine careing and knowledgable Human..............BOB!

Ok , I was mentioned here so thought I would chime in. I was a landscape contractor for 33 year.Licensed , bonded ,insured and Incorperated for what its worth. I learned from one of the best. and studied it alot. I mainly designed and installed new homes . At least 2,300 in the valley over the years. My worst nightmare is what is trying to be done here. I hardly ever touched that crap. (Re-Do's) . Here why. As mentioned Bermuda roots can go 6 feet down. In a newer house yes. In older areas mature Bermuda roots can go as deep as 12 foot. .Now to kill it, It has to be actively growing..Bermuda starts to go dormant when night tempatures go below 62. I was allways told 3 sprayings 10 days apart in the heat is the most effective way to get rid of it. Then after 30-40 days scrape the top off. ,Roots should be dead.. Plastic is a no,no as it holds moisture underneath and it will activate and roots that didn't get sprayed good. Some of Bermuda allways comes back. Then under the plastic it seeks light, thus it comes up all around sidewalks ETC. Then as pre mentioned here., after a few years so much dust in our air ,silt builds up on top of the plastic and new weeds will grow as seeds blow in Plastic SUCKS and waste of time and $.. Why I never did those Jobs is 2 years later if they didn't have it sprayed properly they are calling me. I have grass coming up. Not My fault. And about round up I allways heard it does not work in cooler temps either. So there You have it . Have fun . I gave it all up in 2011.Been driving Semi since . Much easier. Some may think different than Me ,have at it.Another tip. Here, people spray weeds with round up. What for? when they die You have to pull them out. Wait till after a rain if you can and pull them out any way . No round up needed. Make sure You pull the root out. Then to solve that problem much easier, put down a pre-emergant and water it in and You wont have weeds....DONE...........BOB!

Edge, My Dad that passed away 6 months ago at 98 was in the Air Force in WWII. Tommorrow He would have turned 99. Born Sept. 19 ,1920 . I am Going to AZ .Veterans Cemetary Tomm. and say a prayer for Him . Great stuff and thanks..........BOB!

I am so done with Torrey Luvello . Last year He blew it . This year is worse I just got home and its the 7 and Robbie Ray gave up 1 Hit the whole game. In Hi ussuall trend He takes Him out winning 3-0. First pitch 2 run Homer , 3-2 game . releiver walks 2 more and as I write they just threw the ball away. 3-3 now the score. Bullpen has blown over 20 Games, I was saying Luvello blew another 7-8 ,but now its probly up to 10 with His bad decissions. What a shame. They should be tied or leading the Dodgers. . Some of it is Managements problem as they didn't acquire any bullpen guys. Terrible . We had plenty of hitting. Bullpen coach needs to go with Torrey .The rest are Ok. Marlin just scored and still no out after they took out Ray. 5-3 marlins all in 15 minutes to one of the worst teams in baseball. Well Dodgers have won 7 Straight western division Titles and no World Series , So they really havn't acomplished Shitt . I rib them fans all the time. In the 60's and 70's when I was a Kid and teenager,they went 9 innings and Pitched every 4 days not 5. Some team needs to get the balls and bring that back. In AZ's case why not try it. Matt Andreise Sucks too. Need a whole new bullpen basically. The other thing with Torrey is Moving players around in too many different positions. I know injuries make that happen sometimes ,but Guys don't get consistant playing time either. Example. Jake Lamb drove in 4 runs Monday nite ,Torrey was talking big about Him today then tonite He is not in the line up. Only pinch hit . And He has proved He can hit leffties. So another dumb move right there for example.............BOB!

I disagree 100% My friend. .Torrey Sucks . He talks like He's coaching High school players. He would not motivate Me. They gave away all the good pitchers but it doesn't matter cause He would not let them make a difference anyway . 2-3 players over achieved and that kept them in it for a while but they were never a real threat. The Starters couldn't have any motivation ,when they know they will get taken out in the 5th inning with a lead and never get a win. . Pitching coach Butcher needs to go . I know they wont let Torrey go but they should . 2 terrible Septembers in a row and they lost series to the worst teams in the league.They have plenty of hitting and I will side with You some as Management . is worse by not spending $ on a bullpen when you are so close. Like I said they should be right with the Dodgers. They may no contend for 10 more years . When you are there You gotta go for it Like 2 years ago when they got Martinez. Randy doesn't do anything For Me. He is a nice Guy but Does nothing a good average hunter can't. He get His audience from the Eastern wanna be Western Hunters and All the 5 or 6 States up North an Dakota's , Where they don't Know how to Glass or Hunt. And He is not a Great Glasser .. Rather spend a week with about 6-7 AZ guides in the woods than Him . Nothing against Him ,But leave it at that.........BOB!
