    Good Afternoon,

I'm considering retiring and starting a new career. For those who know me, you know I've spent the last 20 years in law enforcement. Over the past 4 years, I've been in a senior management role, supervising a team of over 200 staff members. I'm exploring my options to see what types of jobs are available. I've often been told that I would make a great salesman, so I'm considering a career in sales or another management-style role. If you know of a company looking to hire a highly motivated individual with excellent decision-making and communication skills, I would greatly appreciate any leads.

hate to ask on a public forum, but are you leaving the job and forgo the DROP?  I’ve been there… I was ready to leave the moment I was eligible but I have 15 months in DROP and time is flying.  Lots of economic uncertainty ahead. You should seriously consider sticking around 5 more years.

    Whatever you decide, good luck!!!

Lol yes because I said I own the forest. I don't own the freeway but I cant ride my bike on it. Like I said, every grandpa and grandma has one and putts around so of course you have one. If you didn't have one and had to drive your truck around you wouldn't be out there.

i’m tired of people and governments telling me I can’t do things or that we should ban perfectly harmless, legal things. idgaf. i’m sick of it.

Sxs have most certainly ruined the forest. Everyone and their grandma has one and drives them wherever they can get them to. Grandpa wouldn't take his truck out in the woods but doesn't mind cruising out in the razr which leads to hundreds if not thousands of more people in the forest. Their tires spin out way more than a truck and cause washboards much quicker. You don't see guys in trucks doing donuts in the middle of a main forest road but it's a common occurrence with atvs and sxs. You dont see a train of 40 trucks going on an expedition but it’s common to see it with sxs's. Forest service needs to designate atv and sxs trails or areas and make them trailer them out there and they can destroy those areas as they please.

Well you don’t own the forest sooooo…

I love having a SxS and am a responsible operator.

  4. I bring my drone to deer camp to take some aerial video shots of camp and us driving side by sides down the trail, etc.  I don’t use it for anything other than getting some cool shots for our trip videos.

How I read the statute is you can’t use them to assist in harvesting the animal. I assume that means using it to locate animals, locating downs animals, etc.  That would also include preseason scouting (similar to trail cams).

It is totally legal to use a drone during a hunting season if you aren’t using it to aid in harvesting an animal. It would be ridiculous not to be able to fly a drone outdoors just because there is a big game hunt on the calendar.

  5. Selling wife’s Ford Escape due to getting a bigger vehicle.  Would make a great starter car for a teen.  Has 173,XXX miles

    The bad:

Leaks some oil.  AC isn’t cold.

    The good:

This car has never given us a mechanical issue and will get you where you need to go. It’s really clean for the miles on it.  Oil changed every 5,000 with synthetic oil.  I changed plugs a couple years ago and changed tranny fluid.

    $2900 located in Queen Creek.

Harvest sent my wife a new hose and drain valve. This didn't fix it. I had to tear it apart and reseal the fitting into the chamber. I was very disappointed with their very lacking instructions. I'm glad the parts came before i left for work for the year. My wife could not have fixed it alone. The parts took over 2 weeks to arrive from Utah; wagon trains are alive and well.

I sealed the potted fitting with the wires and sealed the fitting with RTV as well.

We are back down to < 400 milli torres.

    Hopefully it holds out

Yeah that was another weak point that was addressed with the new models. That part is now sealed with a glass epoxy.
