The units that you guys are describing, are not it. Sorry. But, it's still sitting on my dresser, waiting for it's owner.

I have already checked with Garmin. It was not registered and they won't tell me where it was purchased, to do a search that way.

I found a nice Garmin GPS in unit 10 during my elk hunt. PM the model number and a couple locations that are bookmarked in the maps, and we'll try to get this thing back to its owner.

Unit 10 in the morning. I don't think I'll sleep very well tonight.

I didn't hear anything in 10, friday or Saturday. Didn't see much running around either. Lots of Antelope and mulie does though.

By the looks of other threads it seems alright to ask for help. I drew a unit 10 archery tag and haven't spent a whole lot of time there, so if anyone out their can share a few pointers for my scouting, I would greatly appreciate it. Both my boys were going to be busy this fall with school so we just put in for points for them, so I'm all alone. I put in alone for 10 not thinking I would get drawn, but what the heck, you can't win if you don't play. I got extremely lucky.

Note to andygrand: The following is the info on that bow from PSEs website, using the serial number. That bow should be able to adjust to 27". IMO it looks like a pretty fair deal. I beleive that when it comes to archery equipment, you get what you pay for.

That was a way cool thing to do.

We were in 6A and kicked up every variety of animal in the forest. Mule Deer, Elk, Antelope, squirrel, Rabbit, etc. Not one Turkey. No gobble. Zilch

This will be my boys first ever turkey hunt coming up in 6a, also. I went up there last weekend to do some scouting. I did not see any turkey anywhere.
