It depends if you have cool rims and whitewalls on the rhino, the radio is a must have, for future stucco crew jobs so leave that at home.

the east side of town is a lot better than the west side. north on hwy 87 will take you to a lot of good spots, or east on us 60 within an hour of good stuff. honey holes are the eye of the beholder so spend some time and you will score.

Some friends of mine got drawn for a archery bull. I know from years past that you can not predict what kind of rut you will get and more importantly the weather. What have been some of the experiences that you have found for calling in those bulls. My experience has been if its good its good and if its not that leave your calls at camp cause they won't work anyway. And the big herd bulls forget it you will not make him leave his cows. What has been your results for calling bulls?

I know what you guys are saying its real easy to forget details of even the worst hunts, but sometimes those are the best ones to remember I dont know why that is? I had to ask a friend of mine if he knew how many cow elk I have tagged i could not remember all of them. hindsight is not 20/20. I am going to make a point to make a journal even to include the scouting trips. looking back it would be great to read.

I shoot the xt and I like it alot, but the bow is heavy. So the drenalin would be a good choice. Just throw the factory grip away and install a thin grip and you can't go wrong.
