I need some feedback. If you plan on camping in a certain spot and you leave your trailer there. like say the weekend before the hunt starts is this a bad thing to do?other than taking risk of someone messing with it is it bad etiquette?It would sure save time and gas thru night before the opener.

check sportsmans they have some cool slippers that you can place over you boots keeps the cactus out of your toes and they are quiet.I dont know about cow poop. I usually pee all over the ground and roll in it and then blow my elk bugle. :Dthe deer think you are an elk it works everytime

I have a 300 rum and i am really thinking about getting into reloading myself for the price of 8 boxes of ammo and i could have bought a reloading machine,RCBS has that rockchucker kit for about 250ish.

70 yards is a very long shot especially on a deer with a broadhead arrow. thats bowhunting. there is very few archer that can be consistant at that range. good luck

ok i have drawn a 24a nov tag.so what i need to know is.= 1 where can i go.i plan on doing all my hunting off my quad or a rhino as to not leave the ice chest full of beer. =2 i will need a big camp spot for a 5th wheel.I do not want to have to travel so far,gas is expensive.=3 I want to be able to pick from which 100 inch coues i want. so any help will be apprec.

I hunted 5b north a few years back with not much luck.the best hunting i found was northeast of lake mary. sorry not much help. the bulls that i did see were very nice.I even saw a nice bull swim across lake mary into 6a.but that was a tough rut that year.

take lots of pictures and have the EXPERIENCE OF A LIFETIME.good luck, dont sweat it just kill it.

I have experimenting with the ultimate steel 100 lately, and they seem to fly pretty good they are kinda small 7/8 but I think they will be good.I will let ya know come sept.

Finally i got a coues tag, 24a nov, Now I just need to know where all the hunters are going.So i can go someplace else and kill a nice one. I also drew a 5bs archery cow tag..................... elk steaks on the deer hunt.
