    Nerf Gun Suspension

Thanks to these Libtards and the Machiavellist sorry butt excuse of a gubmint of ours, heck bent on confiscating our liberties and rights to make sure there ain't nobody left to oppose their rummage sale of our country, we will end up with a generation of wusses and pushovers. I ain't gonna let that happen to my kid. He's gonna be raised the proper way, hunting, fishing, camping, scraping his knees, climbing up trees and when necessary kicking some butt. That's all I have to say about it.

    Little over 2 months....

I'll be chasing those bearded bastards at 12A first week of May, after a 10 year hiatus. I am so ready it ain't funny. Out of boredom I've been practicing my calls in the house for the last 10 days or so. I'm affraid my son who just turned 9 months old will start to yelp and gobble before he starts talking. Anybody going to the Turkey Seminar at the BassProShops on the 20th ?

    Rooster Sauce

Great topic. I use Sriracha on most starchy stuff I make. One drop changes the whole attitude of the food. Great on baby octopus when it's mixed with sesame oil. As far as hot sauces are concerned, I may be the minority, I don't use Tabasco, ever. My all time favorite is Dave's Insanity, I used to get D.I.L.L.I.G.A.F. sauce but I can't find it anymore. I usually make my own, mostly as seasoning rather than sauce. I have a bag of tepin and I use it very sparingly. I used to grow my poblanos and habaneros but I gave up a few years back, too much work.

  11. TEXAS STATE REPRESENTATIVE STEVE TOTH FILES 'FIREARM PROTECTION ACT' Austin, TX – State Representative Steve Toth (R-The Woodlands) has filed legislation assisting the protection of the Second Amendment of the United State Constitution. The 'Firearms Protection Act' or HB 1076 would make any federal law banning semi-automatic firearms or limiting the size of gun magazines unenforceable within the state’s boundaries. Any municipality, county, or special district trying to enforce a federal gun ban could face monetary holdings by the state and misdemeanor charges under this proposal. Due to the supreme importance to our constituents 2nd Amendment rights, Representative Toth felt the need to implore the assistance of Attorney General Greg Abbott in the drafting process. Together, along with the input of Sheriff Richard Mack, the 'Firearm Protection Act' has the strongest legislative language to protect our local law enforcement officers. American's all over the United States have inundated Representative Toth's office with support and assistance. Representative Toth states, "Many law enforcement officers have realistic concerns over either obeying federal law that calls them to infringe on citizens 2nd Amendment rights or do they uphold the U.S. Constitution they have taken the oath to protect citizens against enemies both foreign and domestic. HB 1076 answers these concerns by protecting our local officers from the inability to protect our Texas citizens in the event an unconstitutional mandate is passed by this Federal Administration." The 'Firearm Protection Act' would do the following: • Supports and protects our local sheriffs and law enforcement officers working hard to protect Texan's 2nd Amendment Rights • Sends a clear message to Washington by supporting and protecting Texans from the Federal Administrations unconstitutional overreach • Addresses local Texans concerns for their personal safety "I believe this administration has now realized they have woken up a giant. All over the United States, Americans are crying out for something to be done to protect their 2nd Amendment rights. The American people understand this is not just about gun rights, but about all constitutional rights. They understand once you compromise one Constitutional right, all others can be in jeopardy" ,said Representative Toth. Along with Texas Attorney General Greg Abbott, who has already filed over twenty-three suits against the Federal Government, Representative Toth will continue to stand with other Texans to encouraging the promotion of personal responsibility and liberties while actively guarding against outside parties attempting to erode the freedoms enjoyed by Texans so that the people of Texas may have more confidence in their government.
  12. Very gutsy, unfortunately big ones like Glock or Remington will not have the intestinal fortitude to follow the example of the smaller outfits, if they did their board members and share holders would get hurt booo hooo. http://www.ammoland.com/2013/02/olympic ... MoII.email
  13. National Organizations With Anti-Gun Policies The following organizations have lent monetary, grassroots or some other type of direct support to anti-gun organizations. In many instances, these organizations lent their name in support of specific campaigns to pass anti-gun legislation such as the March 1995 HCI "Campaign to Protect Sane Gun Laws." Many of these organizations were listed as "Campaign Partners," for having pledged to fight any efforts to repeal the Brady Act and the Clinton "assault weapons" ban. All have officially endorsed anti-gun positions. 15. A driver was stuck in a traffic jam on the highway outside Washington DC. Nothing was moving Suddenly, a man knocks on the window. Th driver rolls down the window and asks, "What's going on?" "Terrorists have kidnapped the entire US Congress, and they are asking for a $100 million ransom. Otherwise, they are going to douse them all in gasoline and set them on fire. We are going from car to car, collecting donations." "How much is everyone giving, on an average?" the driver asks. The man replies, "Roughly a gallon."

    American Sniper

That's the part that bothers me the most, no witnesses. I can't imagine Chris Kyle being so unaware of his surroundings and actions or potential threat level of the people with him. He knew the former Marine was suffering from severe PTSD, according to what we get from the media, he has been working with him for a while. It is inconceivable for me to think that an operator of his experience level can fall victim to such a cheap shot. Sorry, things don't work that way. Once an operator reaches the level of expertise he has reached defense and situational awarenes becomes natural, it's not something you turn on or off. You live with it day and night 24/7 even when sleeping. I think this story has more holes than Swiss Cheese.

    American Sniper

I'll have to disagree with you on this one. I served at Desert Shield and Desert Storm, after I came back I volunteered at VA Hospital as a Counselor, whether the guy who killed Chris was a hero or not is up for a debate but not a single Iraqi Campaign Vet I worked with would have pulled the trigger on a true American Hero. I am not up to sharing what I lived and heard from the other Vets but there is a strict distinction between being a hero and mentally unstable. Perhaps we will never know what was going through the mind of the killer, perhaps we will. Nonetheless, this post is not about the killer but it is about a True American Hero and Patriot we lost.

And a Chocolate Covered Bacon for dessert. That would be the trifecta.
  24. I hope this makes you smile a bit; Little Johnny Meets Obama Barack Obama was visiting a primary school in North Carolina and he visited a fourth grade class. They were in the middle of a discussion related to words and their meanings. The teacher asked the president if he would like to lead the discussion on the word 'tragedy.' So our illustrious president asked the class for an example of a 'tragedy.' One little boy stood up and offered: "If my best friend, who lives on a farm, is playing in the field and a tractor runs him over and kills him, that would be a tragedy." "No," said Obama, "that would be an accident." A little girl raised her hand: "If a school bus carrying 50 children drove off a cliff, killing everyone - that would be a tragedy." "I'm afraid not," explained Obama. "That's what we would call a great loss." The room went silent. No other child volunteered. Obama searched the room. "Isn't there someone here who can give me an example of a tragedy?" Finally at the back of the room, Little Johnny raised his hand. The teacher held her breath. In a quiet voice he said: "If the plane carrying you and Mrs. Obama was struck by a 'friendly fire' missile and blown to smithereens that would be a tragedy." "Fantastic!" exclaimed Obama. "That's right. And can you tell me why that would be a tragedy?" "Well," says Johnny, "It has to be a tragedy, because it sure as heck wouldn't be a great loss, and you can bet your butt it wouldn't be an accident either!"
