This is the older model 81 blr in .243 and not the newer lightning. It's in decent shape with scratches and a few dings on the stock and some bluing loss at the muzzle from being used in a scabbard. Comes with a one piece leupold/redfield base and extra clip. Unknown round count as l bought this used and its been used by me and my nephews. I'd say we've put around 400+ rounds threw it over the years with 2 100" and my 114" bucks taken with it. Asking $500.00 for it. Stupid thing is they knew the Catalinas were full of cats. Look at how they had to bring in a gov't trapper a few years ago to clean out sabino canyon. It's good country but way too much encroachment by humans and way to many lions.

Got one in 34a this morning along with a coyote to boot! l sat down at my glassing spot first thing and some coyotes howled about 400yds in front of me, l hit the j13 and they came in a bunch. Picked the biggest one out with the ar, lip squeaked and dropped it in its tracks. I got 2 more shots off at a runner but by that time it was packing the mail. The javi l found about 2 hrs later, snuck in and knocked him over.

That stuff is the holy grail of gun powder. Every time it comes up on gunbot it's gone in minutes. Wish l could get some.

Love this gun in this caliber. I've got a dpms in .243 and wouldn't trade it for anything!

I'd look on ar15.com in their ar-10 forum. They have uppers for sale all the time there.

Found a herd yesterday morning and knocked one over with the 357 mag at 40 yards. Hopefully l find them again in the rifle hunt. I've got a lr-10 in 243 that needs some blood on it.

How much do you need and where are you located? I live near tucson and could trade a couple lbs of h1000 if you're not too far away. I also have imr 7828 ssc and maybe some vhit 560 to trade as well but I'd have to get a little extra for the vhit as its a little more expensive.

I've 15 plastic .45lc/acp mtm cartridge boxes as well as around 10 .357 mag/.38 special mtm type boxes. I can split them up or someone can have them all. I'm near Tucson.

Selling my Remington model 700 in 22-250. It started out as a adl but l put a stocky's red laminate stock with aluminum bedding block and hinged floorplate to make it a bdl. I'm asking $700.00 with the scope and $500.00 without. It holds about 1 1/2" groups at 200 yds. Round count is unknown since I bought it used but I've put 200 threw it. I also have about 6 boxes of factory ammo I'm selling separately for $14.00 a box. The bipod does not go with it but I have the original plastic stock that does.
