time to ba accountable.I was at the mesa meeting.It starts here, we had 8 people from our desert christian archers group there.we all spoke and were against the new plans.I will be at the phx meeting plus others to stand and voice my frustation with these changes.lets all make a commitment to be at these meetings. I will be there will anybody join me it starts here 1 person

I was at last nights meeting in mesa.looks like were going to loose some hunting time for the archers. sept 1-21 deer season (rim) 1-28 other units.dec will not start intell 22nd and close on the 25th january.also javilena will close on the 25th .looks like rifle deer wont start intell the 22nd also but only about 5-10% of tags will be left.the rest to be put in with oct hunts.we need all hunters to get to these meeting and let them know we want our tags left alone.it looks like a dec. coues tag will be like being drawn for antelope( lucky to get tag every 8 years)mike

looks like we are loosing great hunting with these new changes. it will effect everbody.we need all hunters to go to these meetings and show support to keep our tags.g @ f has updated info on there wed site.it is a must see..mike

all this talk is giving me the itch.I was out in 22 this weekend 3 days dark to dark only had does come in.in this area there apears to be know rut action.what part of the state are you in.sound like a great stand.mike

we woof at them all the time.only when we break the heard up.it drives them crazy to woof and woof some more at them.we did take one in the late 90's calling with a varmit call after we broke the heard.I recommend try woofing.man does it work.mike

it is tough to do.I can see a water hole first come. but not a trail in a 20 yard section,when you have the whole state to hunt in.

boy talk about hunter ethics.we been working a stand since nov. a hunter came across it at 11:00.am they were sitting sitting our trail by 12:30 "3 hunters now.my camera was there and took 10 pictures of them sitting there and checking out all the tracks.one of my hunting partners went to check our stand and found them hunting it.they showed no respect and just laughed at him and told him it was there stand now.we took our camera and left.I know we all hunt on public land but man if you come across a trail and you can tell someone put a lot of effort into an area and his stuff is there,show a little respect.as a side note "I've hunted this range the last 5 years at least 1/2 of the month of jan.every year and never of seen another hunter".mike

we've had a great year so far I took mine on saturday and as a group we have taken 7. still have 7 more to go.50% in 10 days into it is not to bad. mike

never have had an archery hunter even close to messing with a rifle hunter....I too would rather lose a rifle tag instead of archery hunts.they should leave it as it is..both deer and elk
