We are driving to southern California soon from southern AZ for a family vacation. I carry my pistol daily. I know California does not care that I have a CCW for AZ. Can I legally take my pistol with me? Last I recall the pistol and mag have to be separated-like mag in trunk and pistol in the front. Is this still true? Can anyone shed some light?

Today during my 5th southern AZ mule deer scouting trip I came across salt block(s) that have zero cattle tracks only deer. Before I get too excited..... How often do deer hit the salt? Will the same frequency continue once hunting pressure starts up?

I ran my honda with stabil and ran it 10min every other month and it always started on the first or second pull. I even bought an extra spark plug but it never needed it. Every time I checked the original was perfect. Also it fit perfectly in a medium sized action packer. The ridge in the lid kept it upright.

Long shot I am sure... I am hoping someone here is or knows someone who is a produce broker. Specifically one who works with an importer. There are many in the Rio Rico area. Interestingly enough today I saw both whitetail and mulie spikes. They had roughly the same length antlers but only the whitetail was in full velvet. They were within 500 yards of each other.

My Winchester 70 in regular old 30-06 was was at 0.6-1moa. I had a recoil pad installed and the trigger cleaned up. Once I got it back the group's grew to 3-4moa. I was heart broken. I finally figured out that the action screw was tightened 1/2 turn too tight. Rifles can be a finicky gal......

I had a set on my '13 F250. They were not loud and road well but I could not stand the look after they wore down exactly like CatfishKev explained. My tire guy said I had another year on them. Then one developed a crack that was widening and working it's way down to the bead. Discount tire stepped up and warrantied it. The tread pattern changed and I do not like different patterns so I used the credit towards a set of Toyo R/T's. 100x better but also costed 2x as much.
