I use at least a half dozen knifes and a whole dozen pair of latex (or similar) gloves. ANYTIME you touch the outside of the pig change knife and gloves. And the gland? Do NOT mess with it and it will not mess up your meat. Remember. ...when you are taking the hero photos you are touching or already touched the pig so take a as you found it picture if you really have to have one. When ever I see trophy photos of everyone holding up the pig or posing with it I cringe. .... because the WHOLE pig smells, not just the back half. My process is difficult but it yields some of the best game meat you have ever had. Ever, ever.

After a bit of a search I finally picked this gem up. Unfortunately the boss cannot get used to the hammer drop safety, she prefers a 1911 style thumb safety. Very few rounds fired, never carried, as new condition with box and all paperwork. Two factory 14rd mags and an aftermarket 15rd mag included. No offense taken...I loved every minute of the short time I was there to help. The group I went to assist said that there was plenty of action all day Friday. I arrived Saturday with no elk sightings. I suggest, and often, that if elk were not in the area we should move but it was not my hunt. They liked to stay near camp. Not the way I would have worked it but....

I helped out on a 6A muzzy hunt and I did not see a single elk. Temps were in the 60's during the day. Nice for camping but poopy for hunting elk.

I had already gotten her one a few years ago but she was not ready to carry quite yet. I wanted to keep it for myself but I wanted to avoid the whole "you really bought it for yourself" speech. The grip on this PCR, like all CZ 75's, is amazing. That with the lightweight alloy frame would make a great carry piece. If this had the 1911 style thumb safety we would be all set.
