Not a huge fan of OnX, the offline map resolution options are pretty stupid. Shouldn’t be limited to a mile by mile area for the highest resolution. I’ve used the Topo maps app for years and it’s completely replaced my handheld gps, doesn’t have any of the fancy features of OnX but it’s reliable and easy to use.

Ok but a large majority of the state is going to get a rain sometime around the end of June/beginning of July and that’s right when coues deer need it most.

Could be wrong but I feel like coues deer shed so late that they’re almost guaranteed to have growth around monsoon season

Citizen canyon, Bullard canyon, Webster canyon. Rough country and low deer density but they’re there. If you can’t access that stuff the country on the south side of the river has deer too

I’ve been wanting to set up some dummy cameras in 6a for awhile, archery deer opener would have been a perfect time for it

I switched to end week 16, I prefer 4 playoff teams, 2 weeks per matchup, takes a little luck out of it. Also prefer total points for over bench points, puts too much emphasis on carrying guys who are playing every week on your bench rather than a handcuff or someone who’s hurt

Just ran into a similar issue yesterday, noticed a doe in the same exact spot next to the road every day on my way into my salt. Finally got out and walked over to where she was and there’s a salt lick about 20 yards off the road. I’m sure it’s from an old cattle salt block that soaked into the ground so I figured it’s ok to ruin.. dumped about 2 gallons of water? onto it this morning, hopefully it doesn’t affect my salt in any negative way.
