I found what I needed. Thanks for the help. David I'm looking for some corrugated drainage pipe to put under a driveway I'm building. Does anybody know where I can get some in the north valley? I'm looking for 8-10 inch diameter and about 25-30 feet. Or if you have some for sale shoot me a pm. David

iPod touch digiscoping mount
azhuntnut posted a topic in Photography of Coues Deer and Other Wildlife
My son recently gave me his IPod touch 5th generation to use for digiscoping. I'm curious to hear what attachment people are using for these. David -
I think it all comes down to the person making the choice. I have guided guys in the past that were plenty capable of doing it on there own, but didn't feel they could make it happen and some just didn't have time to scout. I have one client that I have guided five years in a row for archery javelina. He tags out each time and says I will see you next year. I do my best to make sure everybody has a great time and tags an animal. I enjoy taking care of my lawn and all the other work around my house, but I no problem hiring a professional to do it for me. I hired a guide 22 years ago for my first wt hunt since I had no clue how to hunt them and where to hunt. David

It's getting nice out guys, time to go kill some coyotes. I have killed dogs at 400 yards with this upper. David -
I have a Nikon mil-dot scope on my ar. I used the Nikon Spot On app to calculate my dots. You can enter in a custom load with this app and it would probably be close for yours. Of course the distance on the dots will change if you change your magnification. David

Great buck Jared. I'm sure dad is pretty dang happy also. David

Just scroll down a little bit and you will see several on the reloaders nest website. If it is not a Berger, it is still a good starting point. David http://reloadersnest.com/frontpage.asp?CaliberID=291

I think RL17 was made for the short mags. I use it in my wssm and get great accuracy and velocity. Try www.reloadersnest.com website for load info, and search google. David

Devan, Instead of using cabinets, I bought a big lockable toolbox from Harbor Frieght when they had them on sale. I can keep most of my reloading components inside and not worry about my boys or anybody else getting to them. I bought a bench from Home Depot and stained the entire bench to look better. It keeps my reloading room situated, plus I use the bench for my computer and mounted a flat screen led tv on the wall for my monitor. I have been reloading lately getting some guns ready for deer season and snapped this pic to see the difference between the group. I was really surprised with how long the Berger 140 grain vld 6.5 was compared to the case. I'm a big fan of the 6 and 6.5mm rounds. They have light recoil and still get the job done. From left to right: 6.5 Creedmoor loaded with Berger 140g vld chambered in my DPMS AR-10 / .243 win loaded with 85g Barnes TSX / .243 wssm loaded with 87g Vmax. The last one is chambered for my AR-15 and I chronoed it at 3450 fps. I just loaded some 85g TSX bullets in it for my upcoming deer hunt. David

I got lucky three years ago when I popped two with one shot. I was using an AR chambered in 243wssm loaded with an 87 grain vmax. My taxidermist found a very small fragment that had hit the heart of the second coyote. I used the pelt for an upcoming mount. David

I shot this lion several years ago, but it was just recently finished. It wasn't a big cat, but it was my first one. I'm not sure if I like the position of the way it's hanging. I'm gonna leave like this for a while and make a decision. This picture was takin from above on the stairs. David

I recently bought a 2005 nissan frontier for my son and it needs both ac actuators replaced. I'm looking for a mechanic that has done this job in the past since it involves removing the entire dash board to access the passenger side actuator. David

I will take you up on your offer. If I don't think I can pull it off, then I will check with one of the other mechanics. I will shoot you a pm for your contact info. David

From Table to Able: Combating Diseases with food
azhuntnut replied to CouesWhitetail's topic in Hunting Fitness
Amanda, If you haven't already started, add juicing to your diet. There are some great recipes online that are pretty good, but I usually add some type go fruit juice to mine to make it taste even better. Not only is this very healthy for you, but it helps a lot in weight loss. I found a nice juicer at sears of all places that wasn't to expensive and works great. Juicing is a quick way to get vegetable nutrients into your body. David -
I started looking closer at some of these pics on a big screen tv and noticed that the guy walking toward my camera has his hat off and looks to be bald. Plus he is also into working out. I'm surprised that nobody has been able to identify these people. David

The dike around the pond is probably 10-12 foot tall and we put it high in a juniper. It was actually hard to see up in the tree. It was not locked up at all, but there is a deterant on it. If they did find it, that probably kept them from taking it. But in all the pics, they never look at it. I'm sure somebody will recognize the woman sooner or later. David

Here are some more pictures. The last two pictures show him walking towards the tree where my camera in placed, and then the last picture he is right behind the tree either getting ready to remove it or he already has taken it.The dates are right, I set the time wrong. David

Complete Blessing: Spot and Stalk Archery Antelope
azhuntnut replied to Tunachaser's topic in Antelope Hunting
Now that is a big buck. I would love to hear what he tapes. It looks like his right side is close to 18 inches, plus great mass and cutters. Good job. David -
I had an opportunity to help a friend on opening morning of his archery antelope hunt. We found 11 bucks and he made 3 stalks on bucks, but was looking for a buck he found during his scouting. This one came to within 200 yards of me so I took some photos. David

I am looking for a Hogue stock that will fit a rem700 sa BDL. I'm also looking for factory bottom metal. David

Doesn't matter, I will make either work. I'm just looking for a cheap way to upgrade the plastic stock on my sons rifle. David

I had my son use these last year and they work great. David
