Posting for a friend...please respond to the CL ad and don't ask me any questions about it because I don't know the answers. https://tucson.craigslist.org/cto/5547283917.html Seller is a good guy and straight shooter. I'd buy this truck sight unseen.

AZGFD Bust The Tonto Basin Charity Ride Cancer Benefit

Brand loyalty is everywhere...optics, bows, guns, trucks, and all of it doesn't matter...we're on the same team. But yeah I guess it's even like picking a sports team and gives a sense of identity or team to "join." I have a tendency to wear what's cheapest...sometimes to a fault. And personally I end up more loyal to certain patterns than brands. I guess it's just something to do. LoL

No real basis for comparison between the two units, but I really enjoyed the early hunt in 12AW. I can't wait to get up there again.

Depending on what broadhead you shoot, I've heard several failure reports of mechanicals with the Easton Axis splitting out the side of the arrow. Including from Mr Swhacker himself Rick who told me to not shoot Swhackers with them. Part of the reason I'm switching myself...plus an urge to try something new. LoL

Elk muzzleloader hunt NM
bigorange replied to ssmoore's topic in Muzzleloader hunting for Coues Deer
Find em and shoot em. Best advice I can give. LoL I'd say you should still hear some bugling during your hunt though. Good luck! -
I've used toothpaste on mine. Worked really well on one of our cars and not so great on the other for whatever reason. And they both smelled minty fresh after.

"Unsuccessful" just got my refund back...on to plan c I guess.

Making the switch to these myself this year...from Easton Axis. VAP is definitely worth a look.

Perfect for all the folks who just drew antelope tags...
-
Depending on location I have a few I've practiced with that I'd give you to try. All 100-gr...swhacker, rage, terminal t-lock, shuttle t, maybe a slick trick or whac em in there too.

Any thoughts as to why? Bulls shedding later? More folks out shed hunting? I'm assuming you're in same areas where you've had more success before.

Umm..... Like Duwane Adams? I got a solicitation from him for my Unit 1 archery tag..... Nothing wrong with an outfitter trying to grow their business, IMO. S. Beat me to it...this is how I first found Duwayne except for his mentions in books and this forum. I even called him based on his mailing and had a nice conversation with him. I enjoy getting these mailings...means it will be a nice fall. Wish I was getting them now.

portable camp fire -Legal for fire restictions ** SOLD**
bigorange replied to elkaholic's topic in Classified Ads
Nice...have a similar propane fire that we've used at campgrounds that don't permit fires and during restrictions. Saved the day a couple years back when it was below freezing in the mountains but fire restrictions still in place. -
Plenty of public land and ranches that don't charge access fees. Killed my archery buck on Deep Wells Ranch and Fain Ranch has a lot of space too. Plus a nice bit of public land right behind Perkins...
