Good deal if any is left…Walmart had bricks for $32 recently.

+10 I always carry extras…and also rotate them. I had an extra get a tiny hole in the package and dried out without me noticing.

Same as others have said…I think glassing is easier with contacts but my eyes get irritated/dry after a long day glassing, especially if it’s windy (wife and kids laugh at me coming home with red eyes “sure you were out hunting all day” LoL) I keep rewetting drops and also Opcon to use after I take contacts out to help the irritation. I prefer that over Visine and others. Agree 100% on the hand washing too.

Looking for gun shops down south

I know a couple of organizations use Tucson Sportsmans for raffle prize pickups. Might be worth checking with them. A couple of local places I've heard of doing transfers for folks are The Hub on Alvernon and Trail Boss Outfitters in Vail. Vail is way out east, but maybe convenient depending on the winner's location. -
Workhorse for sure. Good memories in a couple of these…

This is what makes this place great…same boat.

So much for zero negative interactions LoL

Same here I have a pair of OR I’ve had over 20 yrs and very pleased with them. The military set for sale in the classifieds now look very similar to OR so they may even be made by OR. my only complaint is the pair I have are heavy cordura so they are pretty noisy if they brush together.

Buy one somewhere else...Sportsmans, Cabelas, Walmart, etc if you don't want to wait for the office to open.

I remember liking that one about 30 yrs ago...if it's the same brand I remember. The primary mountain house competitor at the time. Wonder if it's still the same recipe. LoL

I hope he's doing okay too...there was another thread about 36a that he said he'd been in the hospital but would be back out there soon.

But what’s for dinner? Throwing a pizza in with a beer and probably have a whiskey later. Been one of those weeks…not even a homemade pizza at this point.

Awesome every year...some good memories in those pics

If they fly and group good for you just send it and don’t worry about it. I shoot a similar setup and switched to 125gr a few years ago when I was overthinking and got concerned about calculating the FOC and its effect on penetration. Wasted a lot of time (my opinion) playing with that setup and worrying about the numbers. In the end I had better flight and groups with the 125gr so I stuck with it. Dead animals on my wall came from 100gr out of the same bow so that works too. 😁 dang I forgot to comment on your avatar…make like a Gator QB and send it just don’t be surprised when a Vol catches it! GBO! Sorry couldn’t resist…

Nice…memories from all over the houses growing up. Dining rooms, living rooms…every time I visited my uncle I’d go look to see if he had anything new in the cabinet.

I totally forgot about Popular Outdoors. Yeah they always had some good deals. and yes on the activ shells too…I remember the first time I think it was my brother that had some. They looked so cheaply made I was afraid they’d misfire or jam.

I’m totally ignorant on this whole process, but learning from these threads. What’s a ballpark cost per person for a 6-pack? I know I could research it myself but I’m lazy and just looking for a ballpark idea.

Nice surprise...
