They must have added that. I see it now but it wasn’t there yesterday. And the tag I drew now shows 2027 hunt dates. so yeah the 2026 lottery is really 2026-2027 hunt dates so 2027 Turkey. The current 2026 Turkey tags are under the 2025 season as OTC but sold out except for Hunt 1.

Doesn’t work. There’s no option for Turkey lottery tag on the purchase page.

Glad you found that. On mine I found that I preferred a little less tension than what the setup recommended. Seemed to ride better.

I learned how to adjust mine on YouTube. Some good resources out there.

Agree with all day long, but on my hunt I was able to pattern them pretty well to about a 4-hr window when they were consistently hitting the one water hole I focused on. Outside of that window of time I had a great time trying to tag out spot and stalk. I'm sure there were other antelope hitting the water at other times, but I had several shot opportunities and killed mine during that time window. I gave another hunter my info after tagging out and he killed a buck off the same tank during the same time window. I'm no expert, but this was my experience and had more than one person advise trying to pattern them on the water holes.

Agree. My kids both carried around a pair of Diamondback 10x42 at about that age. Maybe a little large but they both did fine with them. I still have them under the seat of my truck so I always have binos when I’m out and about.

Thanks for that explanation. Probably semantics, but the end result seems to basically be the same? If the app is pulled and the NR cap has been met (no NR tag available) then neither gets a tag…right?
