+1 raganranch. For someone out of state planning on hunting the border units, expect the unexpected. The last few years in 35b have been night and day though. Used to see a ton of illegals and trash from them. Last few years seems like a new place. Maybe they just don't travel through my areas anymore.

I had my card hit a week after all the cards starting being hit last year for archery bull. I'm almost positive I was next in line from someones rejected app. It is possible this will still happen with the fall draw but I'm betting the main draw is done. I know some banks don't post charges till a day or two later but not mine. Can't wait for results to come out so I can see leftovers, which means I will be in 35b. Good luck to everyone still waiting, and congrats to everyone with tags!

First time I have not drawn a deer tag. I always put in for hunts with decent to good draw odds. First choice 50 and second 80, guess I'm just unlucky this year. I'm guessing anyone else that gets a cad hit will be from rejected apps but pretty much done for the mass.

Those are some nice bulls for sure. I saw a cow today that has that same dark target on the pump station. Have seen a few pics in other post with same type of deal. Wonder what that is, just from summer coats?

I pass rye almost every weekend. Had no idea it went up in flames till a day or 2 later and saw all the news vans and sherrifs outside of it. The back part was still smoldering but most of his "invatory" was still good.

I'm with headache. I can wait for deer but just about kills me waiting for elk and antelope. Should be soon though!
