You can go to the State Land department office in Phoenix and get custom maps printed for cheap, and they can show what the land ownership is. this way you will be able to see on a topo map where the private /public land boundaries are. This really opened my eyes, to areas I thought were private, but were actually public. I think the rate, last time I was there was a $7 set up fee, and then it was like $6 a map, you can also choose how far you want the map zoomed in or out... The folks up there were very nice and sat down at a computer with me and found out what I wanted on the map and then printed it right there.

Buckeye trail cams are the best on the market. They send you pics of the culprits in real time, to a smart phone, email, or if you have a security office you can have a web page open and the pics will pop up immediately... These cameras also use "no glow" IR light so the thieves don't see the flash at night. This means less chance of the camera getting stolen also... Also they have a license plate reader option, for capturing license plates.

My 12 year old son could better manage Arizona's wildlife... Things that are down under current G&F: Mule deer herds, elk herds, javelina herds... Things that are up under current G&F: Tag prices, number of tags, hunter frustration, and 3 toed salamanders....

They must be going after a TON of ranchers for all the blocks they put out Salt and baiting are both still legal in AZ (except fot bear & waterfowl). But driving cross-country is still illegal. Not according to the G&F officer who has called several members on this site and threatened them, because they put trail camera pictures of deer at salt licks....

Don't be surprised when G&F goes after you for putting the salt lick out in the first place...

How about for $15,000 we can hunt the guy posted this ....
